The Chico's in Sedona AZ is the BEST! Dani and Julie are some of the best sales associates in retail! I came into the store 15 mins before closing with a return, and I wanted to look for a bit. I said I'd make it quick, and they both said, oh take your time.. and I could tell they meant it! I am going to Europe for a few weeks and was looking for a few pieces that will travel well and fill in my wardrobe. Within minutes Dani had me in a dressing room with the perfect items!! Julie processed my return, and I left very happy with my purchases! Dani and Julie never made me feel rushed, and I felt truly valued as a customer. When's the last time you've said that after you left a store?! @chicos, you have a couple of great employees!! Thanks so much!

The Chico's store in Sedona AZ is one of my favorite Chico's stores! Not only are the salespeople great, it seems like they have a bit of a different selection of clothing and accessories given their location. I was coming up to Sedona for a few days, and had just received my order in the mail. I needed to return a couple of items, so I brought it with me. I went into the store at 5:45pm, saw that they close at 6pm. I said, oh shoot, I'll look quick! Both Dani and Julie replied, take your time! I left my return on the counter and started to quickly scan the store. Dani asked if there was a particular color or item she could help with. I explained I am going to Europe for a few weeks and was looking for a few things to take. Dani immediately started showing me a few things and asked more questions! I had a few pants and tops in my hands in a few minutes and was trying them on! I ended up finding everything I was hoping for! (and a couple extra..LOL) Julie had process my return while I was trying on. I NEVER felt rushed, or like they were irritated that it was past 6pm. Dani was so helpful and funny! I LOVE this store and the gals are A+ sales consultants! BEST in customer service! Thanks girls! @chicos

Has been one of my favorite shops since the 70s! Shopped in Santa Fe and then in CT when it came there and now in Sedona and Scottsdale. Clothes AND jewelry are exceptional!

Julie was really kind and great to work with. My friend and I visited Chicos looking for some last minute jeans and she was incredibly helpful. We got exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend!

On 11/20 the two ladies working that night were absolute gems! I had forgotten to pack my maternity pants and was having a nice dinner that night and they immediately hopped to work being super helpful. They were excited for me with success and were just pleasant people to be around. Great customer service.

Overall positive shopping experience. Found what I needed and loved that both items were on the sale rack. The boutique was clean, well lit and organized. The salesperson was friendly.

Love shopping at Chico's, especially when they have sales!! Icame in right before closing time and the ladies were so nice to let me finish shopping/buying. I highly recommend their clothes they hardly ever wear out.
