This Chase Bank in Sedona, the village of oak creek, The employees are not there for the customers needs regarding my personal accounts here. I physically went into the branch and questioned one of my checking accounts with physical checks in hand, and I could not even get information on my own personal accounts. Checks were sent to a different address and when I went to re-order checks they could only go to the address on file which was an unknown address. The charge to cash a check every time I cash a check there is $10 meanwhile I have numerous accounts here. The customer service is very poor, very poor quality. I give the whole entire staff at Chase Bank in the village of oak creek poor service and zero stars. I am a well-known international influencer. My reviews and opinions matter because, of how I am treated,I am sure others are treated as well. The Chase branch JP Morgan in the village of oak creek is more concerned with sending you a doggy biscuit through the drive-through rather than trying to conduct professional business with governmental documents such as checks, currency and cash. I do not recommend this Bank. Thank you, Lauren Ashley Levinson Sedona,AZ VOC, Yavapai County

Lindsey is wonderful. 5 star service from her. Teller a different story. Young gentleman very professional but his partner was flat out rude. Went to her booth today and was told "someone is ahead of you! MAJOR attitude. Customer I "cut in front of" was hugging a friend. Even this lady noted I could not know she was in line. Teller shot me a look when we made eye contact after the other customer noted the mistake. My wife has had the same issue most likely with what appears to be the same teller That teller, requires customer service teaching in the biggest way.

Lindsey is incredibly kind, efficient and educated! She made me feel like a valued customer! Unfortunately, I can't say the same about a bilingual teller who works here. She said I “needed an appointment to get something notarized,†which I know is simply not possible to do on chase's website and is not true in a practical sense.

Extremely rude teller, she kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the transaction I needed to do, and was making such a fuss about a simple check deposit and cash withdrawal that I ended up walking out without completing my transaction. Also, get a drive through atm for god's sake!

If i could give it less than one star i would. I feel i was Discriminated against as a disabled Veteran receiving a lowly Social security check.I came in to open a checking account and i asked Lindsey, the Person who was helping me. What do i need to bring to open my new checking account? I told her over the phone prior to our fateful meeting, I told her " I haven't did this in decades, so please walk me through every aspect of this process. I said "what do i need to bring to our meeting? She said your Veterans ID card and Drivers license. I said "is that it? She exclaimed "yes" To make a long story short. I when i got there , she was coughing all over and kept getting up. So i was alone at her cubicle, most of the time. Then a wealthy guy walks in ,and all the employees leave their offices to greet him. Meanwhile im sitting alone at Lindseys office, while she grabs her mail and checks her emails at another desk.So when she apologizes for the 3rd time for leaving ,she ask if i broght a check to open the account. I was shocked, and i said ,you didn't say to bring that, when i asked you a couple of times. So rudely she said, most people know that.So then ,i had to drive home to retrieve the checkbook. I didn't want to deal with her again. Also my Landlord said he dealt with her before and she was rude with him too. Incidentally he is a Veteran too. So i decided to call her Manager, and A Lady named Shannon answered, who turned out to be her manager. And She was Granular and more Rude than Lindsey. She essentially said maybe i should take my business elsewhere. And Said i should of known to bring my Checkbook. So it was my fault. So i got treated like a peasant the whole time. She also wanted me to wait to come in and finish the process. And her tone was very very Rude. So ithe moral to the story is, if you are Rich, they will lay down the red Carpet for you, if your a lowly Disabled Vet, go somewhere else.

This chase branch is particularly well run. I've never had to wait long for service. I can usually see a banker very quickly, and everyone is helpful and friendly.
