BEST SHOP IN SEDONA! What a find after the initial let down of the majority of the touristy galleries in town. An amazing and wide range of art work, from western theme to more contemporary. Both consigned pieces and work from the owners private collection. A real treasure trove of a shop, art work everywhere mixed with LPs and books. It’s a bit like digging around an attic which I kinda like. Mark the owner is very helpful and everything’s priced reasonably. If yer up for a visual adventure CHECK IT OUT!

I have been a repeat customer at Alt Gallery for a year. Mark the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. I always have a great time exploring the huge selection of records, rare and out of print books and unique local art and artifacts / jewelry / etc. Highly recommended! Always an entertaining stop when in Sedona.

Found this neat eclectic shop while in Sedona for a weekend. My 18 y.o. daughter collects vinyl and likes some of the older music like Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc. She spent well over an hour looking thru all the records while I enjoyed perusing the books and artwork. We bought a bunch of records and books and Mark gave us a great deal. He even played a record we requested while we shopped.

I went by ALT while I was in Sedona visiting for Spring break. I am a big record collector, and I was determined to find some records to dig through while visiting. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were stacks and stacks of records that had not been gone through hundreds of times and all of the good titles weeded out. I found some great gems to add to my collection. There were plenty that I could not get to on the bottoms of bookshelves blocked in with newly added art and I still walked away with many hard to find titles in great shape. I wish I had more time to spend as I would have left with more. I even left a Bowie record behind accidentally and Mark went out of his way to ship it back to Atlanta for me. I can't say enough about Mark, his store, and the way he runs his business. Can't wait to go back on my next visit to Sedona! - Derek

Large selection of art work, especially Dr Seuss prints, old phonograph records,& used books, books, books. Books were a little pricey for me; family member bought few albums.

Great selection of interesting books and classic vinyls for sale! Mark also has vintage cameras which was the purpose of my visit, very nice shop!
