We visited the Yeti store on September 12, 2024, at 6 p.m., and the experience was infuriating. The women at the register were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I regret not catching their names, but one of them was particularly frustrating. There are respectful ways to communicate with customers, and their attitudes were in serious need of adjustment.
We had some returns from the online store, and now we've learned (the hard way) that Yeti doesn’t allow online returns in-store. Fine, but maybe communicate that clearly instead of making customers feel like they're in the wrong for not knowing. It's been 7 days since, and I’m still fuming every time I see my Yeti cup.
One of the cups we tried to return was damaged, and the response was, “Oh, this is damaged, you can’t return it.” Uh, yeah—that’s exactly why we’re returning it. It arrived scratched up!
The overall vibe was, “We can't help you because you bought it online.” Well, at least say that in a polite manner.
In short, Yeti, please hire people with some common sense and basic customer service skills.

Store was very clean and organized, we were greeted with in seconds of walking in. The staff was great you knew they were there but not over bearing with questions. Happened to get a customized product from them and it only took about 10 minutes. I'll be back for more products as needed.

Great store with a huge selection and friendly staff. We had a great time shopping here. They let us keep the cooler at the store with all the stuff we bought to go with it until we were done shopping and having lunch. Really appreciate not having to make a special trip back to the car. Will return again to check out new inventory as it comes in.

Went to this store when I was back home on leave and told them I needed a lid for my gallon jug that I’ve had for 6 years now. They were super polite and the most helpful group of employees that they helped me get a new lid to replace mine. An awesome store set up and I always make a stop there when I’m traveling. Keep it up guys, and y’all are one of the many reasons while I’ll continue buying a quality Yeti product. Exceptional long lasting products and even better customer service

I already own 3 Yetis in different sizes ♡ Over the weekend my husband and I went shopping and we found this little cutie. It is absolutely my newest favorite size. It fits my hand perfectly, my cup holder and perfect for an espresso ? its si stinking cute. AND also I have gotten so many compliments on it lol...drinkware is now " an accessorie" ...

This Yeti store is absolutely the best of the best.
The store is amazing but the success is the GREAT staff.
They are so dedicated and professional and friendly and helpful.
They make you feel like you are the most important customer on the planet.
More companies should learn from the Scottsdale Yeti staff.

I ordered Yeti Rambler for my best friend. It was supposed to be delivered on her Bday. I received an email from Yeti that it was delivered. I checked with UPS and it was delivered to a PO Box in the wrong city. Her address it was shipped to was a PO Box. That is not the address I gave. I tried the online Chat & no help. Next time: Order from Amazon. Cheryl dahl
