My husband and I were in the market for new furniture but had a difficult time making selections. It was all a little overwhelming - until we went to Woodbridge Interiors. Their staff and designers were incredibly helpful - they took my inspiration photos and made them a reality.
Delivery was prompt, friendly, and white glove.
We couldn’t be happier with our new furniture!

The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was prompt, and the items arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Woodbridge Interiors for anyone looking to add some beautiful, high-quality furniture to their home. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!

The quality of furniture I purchased here was really top notch. The customer service received from the second I walked through the door until the furniture was delivered was as good as it gets. I'll be back. Very happy with Woodbridge Interiors.

We were on a hunt to find good quality furniture for our daughters new apartment. We were greeted straight away and was given great help and advice on our purchase. We ended up buying a bedroom set and couch and couldn’t be more pleased. The delivery service was excellent. Start to finish was beyond excelling!

I really enjoyed my time working with Jana at Woodbridge Interiors in Scottsdale. Jana helped me make significant progress in establishing by new living room design direction. Woodbridge offers a huge variety of furniture selections and the ability to customize your furniture to fit your physical needs.

We were looking to replace our old beat up dining room table and walked in to this establishment only to be greeted by the most wonderful sales rep Heather Joyce. She spent a great deal of time with us, listening to what we were looking for. There were so many options, it was hard to choose. I just want to Thank Heather for her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond any representative we have ever met. For customized furniture, this is the place to go. Thank you Heather for making us feel like like we were important.

If I coulD rate this company with negative stars, I would. Their business practices are dishonest, rude and lack any sort of integrity. This is seen from the top down. I purchased an expensive Stickley dining set from them last year. In July of 2022, they delivered my chairs and stated my table was damaged. I was going to decline the delivery, but they PROMISED it would be delivered in 4 weeks. I still do not have the table. I have never been contacted by them to update me, but have to continually reach out to them. Their customer service rep or manager, Jen, has been incredibly rude and condescending with each phone call... As if I'm bothering her asking where my table is. In November, I'm told that my table is on the truck and will be delivered in 10 days. As expected, I was never given an update until I called. I had explained numerous times, that I had family in town for the holidays and did not want this set, if it would not be delivered by then. I was promised over and over (from the original salesman, customer service) that it definitely would be. Every month, I'm told a different story. They often tell me how horrible Stickley is too work with, it's the supply chain, someone forgot to load it on the truck....I get a new excuse each time. I finally contacted the CEO and was told... Sorry, we don't give refunds after 72 hours. Your table will be delivered in February.... Once again, pushed out yet another month. I do not want any of this set DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY, DISHONEST COMPANY!!

Their business practices are dodgy and lack integrity. The leadership is blindly arrogant and overly confident without a solid understanding of how the staff is operating day to day business like Wells Fargo Bank Financial scandals.

I am not the kind of customer who complains about services that retail stores, etc. provide. While I have had bad experiences in this country as an immigrant, I have never complained because as an immigrant people do not listen to you or explain things well. They sometimes disrespect you because you speak their language as a second language. But I'm sure it is not fair, when we make a very big purchase in a store and they only think about the money, they do not look at you as human being. With that said, I spent more than $10k in the store Woodbridge - Interior designed in Scottsdale, AZ. When I was about to hang the art I purchased, one piece was clearly too large and heavy for my wall. That specific piece make me uncomfortable knowing that it can break my wall. I tried to exchange the piece for another, but I was not allowed to. And the piece did in fact damage our wall. The drywall repairman comes tomorrow. I personally contacted the store manager and sales associates. Both were not interested in satisfying the customer. Both implied "it is your problem, not mine." We initially ordered furniture there more than 3 months ago, and none of it has been delivered. They seem to have no idea when it will arrive, and no particular interest in it either. Oh, and you can't cancel without giving up your deposit. Even if they never deliver it, I guess. I have bought lots of furniture in stores in Scottsdale and never encountered such unpleasant people as these. I cannot recommend this store to anyone. If you should decide to shop here, be aware their return policy and their "failure to deliver" polices allow them to keep your 30% deposit for any reason. Apparently they stay in business not by pleasing customers, but by stealing deposits.
