Lucky you, Phoenix! I'm a visitor to your fine city, and I was most pleased with this business. My online request was promptly followed up, and an appointment was made within a very reasonable time frame. Josh (Service Manager) was outstanding with the service from arrival to completion. I felt the work was performed professionally and with a great deal of respect to me and my bike. I recommend this place to ALL Honda riders, especially my fellow GL riders. And again, lucky be you, as not all Honda Powersport dealerships are created equally across our great land.

P.S. - anyone who asks for a favor and then fails to reciprocate when the appropriate time arises is, in my book, a clear contrast to how I choose to live my life. So, thanks, Josh, for fitting me into the schedule. I sincerely appreciate it.

Stopped in to check this place out. It really reminded me of the dealership I spent a long time working at in Seattle real small. They only had about 10 people. If everyone was an enthusiast. Need a little shop. I live up here in Seattle but if I live down there and Western Honda Powersports West near me when I was in the market I can tell you somebody who was working that industry so you couldn't do better as far as buying from nice people who are actually in the motorcycle life. Good vibes here, skip the big box door and give these guys a shot.

The sales team, Josh, and the mechanics team did a great job. I bought a brand new bike with a bad fuel pump. They fixed it in half an hour and got me back out on the dirt. Definitely recommend them for friends and family.

Got a bike for the kids, the crew over there were responsive to the inquiry and the follow-up questions. The only down-side is they don’t take payment over the phone for bikes, so this may be an issue for people trying to buy outside of the valley.

Did the fuel pump recall, and new tires at 12,000 miles. Josh in service department kept me updated and , suggested a great place for breakfast. 3 hours later ony way back. All staff was talkative and informative. Really had a good time. Big mistake of you go anywhere else for Honda service.

I have tried 2 places to fix my Honda Rancher quad and no one could figure it out. I thought I might have sell it. Josh at Western Honda was confident in the fix and communicated everything clearly.
