I can see why the reviews are so low ?♀️ this is a joke! My fiancé was trying to cash a payroll check for his job, and the manager seriously had us waiting for an hour to verify his check was legit. A hour passes by and of course was! Literally was wearing his company shirt!! Scottsdale Wells Fargo, get a new manager and maybe you will get more positive reviews! Don’t even take the time to come here!! Go for BOA!

My family is excited to go under contract to buy a new home! The seller officially signed the contract yesterday at 5 PM, and I had this morning to wire the earnest money to the Title Company so they will receive it by 3 PM today.I went to the Wells Fargo on 14595 N Scottsdale Rd the Scottsdale Airpark branch and waited a while for a banker. Then I was told that since I didn’t have an appointment, no banker would be available for 2 days the soonest. I made it clear that the money needed to be received by 3 PM today, and I asked which other branch within 10 miles has availability. The lady said she couldn’t help me, and I was on my own to look for an appointment on their website.This tells me I cannot use Wells Fargo for purchasing a home, given the speed of the real estate market today and how unavailable and inflexible is Wells Fargo’s customer service. I will take my money and business somewhere else!

I wish I could give a 0 star to this branch. I was in line waited almost 10 mins to get to the front of the line. I am next but the blonde lady which I am think was manager asked if they can run my check deposit in the drive thru and I told her I don’t have my ID which Wells Fargo does no require a ID when making a check deposit. Only need a ID when it’s a cash deposit. she said that’s fine takes my deposit and my debit card to the drive thru and gets me out of the line. Comes back and said sorry we do need a ID which is not correct because my deposit did not involve cash. I have many manager and DM friends at Wells Fargo. She then wanted me to then cut everyone in line which is not far to all those people who also waited in line. So thanks to this blonde lady wasted 30 mins of my time standing in Wells Fargo lines. I guess not everyone reads policy and procedures of the bank.

Poor service at this branch. No one answers phone calls and when you go in there is always a reason why a banker can’t help but they are never busy

Worst customer service, I went to take my business deposit and to get change. Because I did not have change with the exact amount of my deposit the teller Tsovunar, give me a nasty attitude and told me that next time I need to have the exact change. I told her that was thr reason I was at the bank to get change. She rolled her eyes and said I cannot take this. I ask for the manager and Debora the manager give me a Nasty attitude and embarrassed me infront of people and told me " well you couldn't separated the deposit with the exact change and I told her no because I didn't have change, she also rolled her eyes and said " well I guess I need to do your job" in front of the other people. I will never go back to this trash bank again and wi cancel my business account with them.

Debra, the teller, the rudest and lowest customer service I ever seen. We waited for 20 minutes without a single person even acknowledging us being in the bank, when we asked for a help to open an account, she said we may not have time today!!! This is not our first time opening an account or being in a bank. We’re on our way to a Bank of America!! So sad.P.S. this was the 2nd branch we tried today.

Went to 3 different branches to open a business account. No bankers available at any location. Finally I make an appointment at this branch for 3pm I show up for my appointment on time and I'm told my "appointment was not confirmed in their system and someone else took the slot" what kind of an excuse is that to give a customer when I walked in the branch and made the appointment with a bank representative. Complete waste of my time

Deb went above and beyond to help me cash my check! Even though I am not a customer here she did everything she could successfully. Tsovi was amazing teller as well!

I started at the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes before finally going inside. I waited in line for 25 more minutes. I voiced my displeasure with the teller who was very nice and apologized telling me the manager had to approve every transaction so it took longer. Why have tellers then? Just have a couple of managers - geez what a waste of time. The teller than commented "it's like that every place" --- no it's not. I bank at Midfirst and DSFinancial and it's not like that. No wonder Wells Fargo is closing so many branches. - I will be closing the account because I don't have time to waste.

Helpful, but why don't you have a drive through ATM? This makes it hard to use this location of you have small children.

Is Wells Fargo going out of business? I've been to 3 in a row that have the drive-up teller shut down, and it's been that way for quite a while. Bad customer service!

I have to be honest! They deserve a 0 star, worse drive thru experience. I've visited this location 4 times in 1 month and I was never acknowledged as a customer. No Hello, nothing! I'm a business customer and usually do business at the Greenway & 9th St location and I get 100% the BEST customer service there.
