Curt and RUDE branch manager. Teller was kind (but not trained) and reported my card stolen when all I needed was new card. Y’all need a new manager!!!!!!

Since Wells had that "little trouble" with the Feds, they seem to have put in place procedures that essentially remove any chance the local Wells' officials will actually do anything. This also allowed them to de-staff. So, Wells told me they received notice that the person I am POA for has died and I need to come into the office to correct account ownership. This is true and expected. The bank is almost a ghost town - lots of empty desks. One has to make an appointment to actually do any business - making this appointment took about 10 minutes. I can now see that actually doing something is a lengthy process for Wells. The "first step" in that future appointment [likely the first of several appointments] will be to send the original Death Certificate to some "Legal Department" so they can confirm he is really dead. [remember they told me they blocked the account because he was dead]. The second step could not be disclosed until I was at that appointment - so I cannot confirm the paperwork that I may need to provide Why people continue to use Wells, I cannot guess

You know this Branch really does suck Your employees never answer the phone your guys's ATM is always broken just shut the bank down already im trying to pay some bills with my mobile app my app isn't working just wanted to call and ask if your experiencing issues or if im the only one truly have seen better service from McDonald's

Worst branch ever. Been banking with WF since 2003 and every year this branch gets worse and worse and worse. Didn't know you could run it this poorly. Never any staff. Never able to get in and out with out being there for 45 mins for a simple deposit. Such an inconvenience for any customer no matter who it is.

Pretty much the same, as everybody else. You can't open account without an appointment. Only bank I've ever been to where are you can't open an account because they only have one banker. They want to go to an online banking system which is great so start closing the branches fast so you have enough people to service at open ones until you convert so you can service walk ins.

I was In a bind and had to make an out of state wire within thirty minutes! I called this branch and Ian made me an immediate appointment (even though he was busy) and had my wire sent within minutes. The best customer service experience I have had a Wells Fargo bank. He went above and beyond when he didn't need to! Would recommend this branch and his services to anyone. THANK YOU!

At first had a rough time but fortunately the white dude sorry for the lack of knowledge i could not get his name help a lot and may my week bright . I've been a Wells Fargo client member since 2008 and i honestly i had never been greeted and helped as kindly as i was served today. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have twice this week with this branch. The manager (Wes) and Tarika were not polite, and did not represent the company well. I have been a customer for 15 years, and am considering closing my accounts.

Went here because Wells has foreign currency on hand, BOA doesn't. Great service!
