Banker Diego Gonzalez was a pleasure to work with by managing our unusual account transition by being our advocate. He knew what we had to work with and found a way to make us successful! Thank you and Cheers!

As a longtime customer of Wells Fargo, I have consistently found this location to be understaffed and unaware that their customers in the lobby are frustrated and walking out. Today was no different as we entered approximately around 12:00pm (Wednesday, October 25, 2023) to find five people ahead of us and then in short order, two more behind us. (It would seem obvious that people use their lunch hours to take care of banking and that you would provide staffing around busier moments in the day....and alter the staff's lunch hours to coincide with business demand) Within minutes two people ahead of us walked out and then one behind us did the same. At the same time a person, sitting waiting for a banker to help her, exclaimed to another person waiting, "I hate this bank and I'm closing out my account"! Then the drive thru teller came to the front to help the next person in line...who was very frustrated with the wait time...he asked to withdraw $600.00, so the teller took his bank card and driver's license and went back to the drive thru desk to process it --- however, he instead helped the next "drive up customer" now delaying the person who was their first. The purpose of my visit was to cash three checks that were given to my wife and me as wedding gifts. The checks had a combination of my name and her name and my last name as her name. The week before I came in and was told by the teller and manager that I couldn't cash them without my wife, with her driver's license. I completely understood this. Therefore, we made time to do so today. However, we were told today that we could only cash two of the three checks (due to the name combinations) and we would now have to bring in our Marriage Certificate. 30 Minutes waiting in line to find out the first teller and manager did not inform us appropriately...there was no mention of needing our Marriage Certificate. While waiting I spoke with one of your bankers who was standing behind us and informed him of the situation(s) going on in the lobby --- he told me "Thank you for the feedback". I said, "Instead of telling me thank you for the feedback why don't you become proactive and speak to the customer ahead of us who is not happy or get behind the teller desk and assist in any way you can to move the line along... or at the very least look like you are doing something to fix the issue. I recommend that you bring in someone who understands customer service and provide some oversight to change this awful culture that seems to be unnoticed by your staff.

I came in at 4:30 in a pinch when my moving company rejected my cashier's check. Michelle was able direct me in the best possible outcome for me to correct the issue quickly and safely. Roland helped approve the changes and get me back on the road and back to my move ASAP. Super helpful, caring, and quick team!

So sad to see how they treat there coustumers in the drive through. I was there waiting 10 min before they closed with the light green. They turned off the light and called us a lier. They need to do a better job of paying attention. I showed up to the window and the guy said there coworker didn't see anyone. When we said we have been waiting before 5 they said that it wasn't true and then said we lied and that he won't help us . I see why wells fargo losses people more and more each day.

Wells Fargo on Mountain View Road. I was treated abominably by the branch manager Layla Torabi I had asked to meet with her. She left me in the lobby for half hour while she was printing, changing her hairstyle and putting on makeup. When she finally did come out to speak to me, she was very unprofessional and she was very perturbed that I was anxious that she did not come out right away. She has absolutely no customer service skills. I don't think she should be a branch manager

I just moved from New York to Arizona and came across a major issue that could cost me the apartment I was planning on staying at. The bank I had was surprisingly not here so I had to act fast and AJ was there to help! He worked with me, even staying after hours to fix my problem and ensure I was ok. It was the best experience and I was so thankful! 10/10 service!

Zero customer service skills at this location. Bankers can't be bothered to assist you if they're not making a sale.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever had to go to. The ATM’s are always down, avoid at all costs.

Wells Fargo needs to do something about these locations being shut down. This is so ridiculous especially on a Saturday. Every single Saturday or during the week for that matter sets my frustration level through the roof and I know I’m not the only one. Customers are literally closing accounts because standing in line isn’t worth the hassle of having to wait to cash a check or deposit it. And before a rep responds and says “you can deposit your checks over the phone or through the ATM” doesn't mean that’s always the solution. When customers are waiting in line it’s because they need there money now not whenever your system decides it’s ok to release funds. I seriously hope Wells Fargo figures or I will be closing my business accounts as well as personal accounts. My employees Shouldn’t have to suffer because Wells Fargo can manage the branches.
