My review is a little late, but they deserve it. The team at Washington Jewels helped me pick my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band 8 years ago. It still looks great and the quality has stood the test of time. Platinum band, pave, with moissanite princess setting.

My fiancé went in shopping for wedding bands. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he took to explain things once I told him I know nothing about diamonds. He didn't try to upsell or guilt us into purchasing anything either. We did pick a wedding band for myself. I will also (hopefully) be upgrading the center stone on my engagement ring through him as well. Excited to pick up my band!

My then boyfriend and now fiancé went to Washington Jewels in September 2019 to look at rings. Lisa made us feel at ease and she was very knowledgeable about everything that we asked about. We were shown many settings and loose stones. They were able to write down the information of the ring that I wanted for my then boyfriend so that when he came back it would be a easy transaction. When he came back in December, it was so easy for him, he just showed them the card of the ring specifications and it was a done deal. My ring is everything that I wanted!

Four of my church friends chose engagement rings here so we trusted them before we visited. For years I had trust issues around jewelry because my wedding ring shed a few diamonds. So when we inherited Great Grandma's ring I began interviewing a few jewelers in AZ to feel out my comfort level about letting them handle the family stone and because of our budget. I was so afraid to take the family stone to a jeweler I didn't trust. We are so grateful Marlon and Lisa revamped the ring. Marlon gave the ring a shiny new coat and securely reset the diamond. Now I wear it as my wedding ring. We love this place.

My boyfriend and I went in to inquire about Moissanite rings. There are not many places you can find Moissanite in Phoenix, and the only other place in Scottsdale isn't open on weekends. At Washington Jewels, we were greeting upon entering. Lisa sat us down and cleaned off the glass so we would have a clean place to sit. She was very helpful! She offered her opinion when we needed it and let us look at SO MANY rings/loose stones. We didn't feel any pressure to buy then and there, but we also felt confident making a purchase here. I love working with a small local shop. Their prices are impossible to beat, they are incredibly knowledgeable and have great customer service. I will definitely come back to Washington Jewels in the future :)

Malcom is such an incredible person and so is his wife. After a year eyeing a beautiful diamond ring, I finally bought it. I plan to come back and have him set my 3ct Colombian Emerald w/diamonds in 18 kt gold. After looking at some of his personal designs and spending almost 2 hours talking with him, I think I can trust him with out a doubt. Absolutely adore this man!
