Damage my oil housing unit on my Toyota. I believe the tech tried to remove it with a wrench or something and was not able to move forward causing damage to my housing unit. Then they want to play the blame game and not take accountability for what they did. We need our vehicles worked on my skilled techs not kids.

Great location, staff is often helpful. Lately they have been understaffed and have closed customer service early. After politely asking for help they reopened it. As of 1/20/25 I've noticed pricing increases of 75% or more on my favorite buys. Not happy to pay .50 cents more fore $1.50 chips , 25 cents more on subs, and .50 increase on 12 pack of fun size candy now. $2.88 I had to downgrade to a 5 pk kit Kat for just over a dollar. Tis #walmart

They didn’t put what I bought in my bag!! When I got home and realized it and tried to call them no one answered the phone!!
You can call the phone number and it rings for hours!!! Very poor customer service!!! The worst!!! Never shopping there again!

This was my first visit to this particular store. Great location, but there were a lot of items not stocked. This could be because of the holiday season. I did find items at this store that others usually don't stock in the auto department. Otherwise I was able to get the rest of my needs.

Store closes at 11, I walked in at 8:30 asking to get the speaker wire unlocked. I asked an employee was told to go to customer service, customer service was closed, I found a manager and asked if she had keys to unlock it and she told me she was on her lunch break and I asked when she’d be back or if anyone could unlock it she told me the next morning.

This particular location has a very rude customer service esp. the disable guy with short arm and floppy. I mean I feel bad for his disability but come on.. still be nice to customers. after all you are getting paid to be nice. I am not looking down on his disability but the attitude is unacceptable. I already feel guilty writing this comment but disable or not.. we still need to be nice.

Gorden in returns is a gem of an employee. I have trouble finding cat food my cats will eat. One is 22 years old. I am doing my best to keep her healthy. She's become picky. I used buy cases of cat food. I have had to return them. She won't eat the same brand she's eaten for 20 years.
So I was on the hunt for something to feed her. I tried just about everything. I finally found a combo. I had several returns in the process.
Walmart AI didn't like that. It printed warnings on my receipt. Even though I was within the return policy.
Frustrating process. I understand.
The employee was kind. The manager was not.

The management hired some questionable workers in this location. I ran into one particular worker who was rude and made racist comments. We will be filing a complaint with the corporate office.

Taken over by rude management, refused to let me return out dated food that they did not rotate on there shelfs. Also, they would not honor discounted toys and broke them when I said I didn't want them at the original price by throwing them in a box next to the cash register.

Oh goodie, I can now wait five days for the debit card refund to hit my account on an even exchange for size because the customer ‘service’ (May I suggest they change the name of that department?) employee did NOT complete the transaction as she said she would. Manager reeked of smoke (I literally had to step away!) and was absolutely non-apologetic. How hard is it to take care of the little things Walmart? Maybe take Target’s lead on how to treat customers???
