Worst pharmacy ever. Will call and text you that your order is ready. It's not. Ever. They never have anything in stock. Terrible attitudes.

I keep forgetting to switch my prescriptions to CVS or somewhere else. Walgreens has always been my pharmacy for decades. I moved to Arizona and wait 30 plus minutes every time at this location. This place is horrible.

The pharmacist is typically very rude & it's not unusual to be put on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be disconnected. The HAS to be THE WORST Walgreens in the valley!

This is the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Short staffed, staff that is constantly confused with what’s happening, prescriptions not being ready for days. On and on. I keep thinking they’ll get better but, at this point, I’ll drive 10 miles to go to another.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for over a year now, they never have my prescriptions in stock, one time they actually misplaced them entirely (and only gave me half of my prescription). I never leave reviews but after a week of calling very nicely about my medications and being met each time with rudeness I thought it was time to post. After almost a 30 minute hold, where they would come on laugh and then put me back on hold, I started to ask my question and was cut off by the employee on the phone 3 times. I finally asked if I could finish my sentence and he said yes so I did and he cut me off again saying there was no supply still. When I ask if he could double check he said "no, I'm the one who knows". This is by far the most unprofessional and inappropriate Walgreens pharmacy I have ever encountered. If you read this please remind your employees about professionalism to their customers. If you are thinking about changing pharmacies to this one, please save yourself the trouble and go to CVS across the street.

Terrible service! They have a FedEx service but will not take it. The employees are rude, condescending and their lack of service is absolutely not acceptable to serve the public! This is why my family and I started going to CVS.. Avoid this location at all costs!

Awful experience. They either making you wait on the line for more than 30 min or just hanging up on you.. unbelievable!

The Manager Jesse was very unprofessional when approached with problems in the photo department. He expressed he had no idea what me as a customer would want from him and proceeded to walk off after the statement. Uninviting experience but the associates on duty filled my request eventually. His role at the store needs to be looked at in depth, either he’s racist or annoyed with his position.

Got extra time to waste? This is the place for you. Wait in lines, wait in drive through, or just generally waste your time.

I thought they did a remodel...not really. New flooring and layout looks like it did 10 years ago. Their systems were down and we had to wait too long at the beauty counter to pay for medicine for my sick child. I'll do myself a favor and go to CVS next time. At least they have self checkout so you don't waste time when in a rush.

If you’re smart, you will avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I stopped going to them years ago because of how terrible they are. I thought after all these years, I would give them another try. I should’ve listened to my better judgement and stayed away. I regret giving them another try and will be immediately switching again once I get the prescription I need.

This might potentially be the worst Walgreens I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of relying on for medication. I moved from Milwaukee, WI to Scottsdale, AZ about three months ago. I chose this location as my pharmacy because it was the closest to me and I rely on multiple medications from different specialty doctors. From the beginning, Eric the operations manager has been a nightmare. I reported him to the Pharmacy Manager over a month ago due to being very hostile and she assured me that was not how they want their employees to behave, this was not professional, and she would handle the situation. Well, this coaching definitely never happened. There was a glitch in one of my medications from a delivery order, and after trying to figure out how to fix this for almost a week and a half ran out of medications that can cause some serious withdrawals. While experiencing these withdrawals from medications I take for cervical dystonia, Eric struck again. I cannot stress how mean and horrible this human being is to patients. He answers the phone saying, "What do you want?" with this horrible tone in his voice. He sounds like he is miserable and every second on the phone is pure torture for him. After not understanding my explanation in the slightest, I stated "I don't know if you understood me correctly." He responded angrily "Man, I was trying to help you. You messed up." I asked him what his name was, and he responded with his first name only as Eric. After asking for his last name, he abruptly hung up on me. He then continued to hang up on me the next three times in a row trying to call back. Finally, I called the Walgreens on Scottsdale Rd, and the pharmacist there was an angel and was able to start to untangle the mess and get my prescription refilled so at least I wouldn't have to keep going through withdrawal and could have my medication through the weekend. Beyond the withdrawal issue, this is a blatant ethical, moral, and legal violation and the Pharmacy Manager seems to be willing to allow this type of behavior from him to continue. I have the last few calls recorded and plan on escalating this to the district manager and beyond. No one, and I mean NO ONE, should ever have to experience the treatment I did as a PATIENT to get my medication from this pharmacy. I'm writing this review in the hopes someone will take notice and no one else has to suffer an unfortunate interaction with a seriously disgruntled and jaded employee.
