Pharmacy personnel on 04/10/24 at 12:35 pm (they don't go to lunch until 1:30pm) left me on hold for 28 mins. Someone not answering, just pushing the call to further length hold 5-6x (lost count how many) times. Then they finally let it ring 8-9 times and hung up the phone without a word throughout the phone call. Whoever is employed there at that time shift on that day doesn't clearly doesn't want/care to work. That's the quality of Walgreens' 'team'. (unfortunately wasn't the first time either).

I agree with the rest of the reviews I see. This is the worst pharmacy I've dealt with. It's been two hours and they claim to not have it from my provider. Called my provider and she sent it again, to which they still claim they don't have it. My provider then sent it to another pharmacy who filled it already, while this pharmacy continues to outright lie and say the don't have it and "your doctor might be too busy to send it".

A minus -10 would be better. After calling and being put on hold for 14 minutes I walked into the store only to get in line and get hung up on. This horrible pharmacy is only rivaled by the CVS at 7111 Bell Rd. They handle phone calls the same way. My call would have taken 30 seconds at most.

We have visited the inside pharmacy and drive through at 64th/Greenway quite a few times. I wish to weigh in on the professionalism of the pharmacy staff. When waiting in the pharmacy area for assistance during our visits, we have observed how many are behind the counter (and working the drive through) filling scrips, chatting with patients and distributing orders. The staff has always been efficient and pleasant. Recently, I needed a scrip ASAP and, as this location didn't have what was needed in stock, staff took the time to find it at another Walgreens location and we were able to pick it up that same eve. I write this review to acknowledge the staff efforts and to encourage patience while waiting in line during busy times.

This may be the most poorly run pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Good luck getting anyone on the phone, and be ready for a long wait after your prescription is called in.

Uniquely the worst Wallgreens I have ever been to. Received notification my prescription was ready 12 hours after my Doc called it in. Waited in the drive up lane 20 minutes. Never again will I use this pharmacy.

Amelie in the pharmacy has a stick up her butt. I came up to the counter where no one acknowledged me. I started to speak when Amelie rudely interrupted me saying that she would be with me in a moment.She then said, “are you here for pickup?” And I said no, I’m here for an appointment. She then said okay what time. I said 4:45. She then said to come to the counter because she could not hear me.I came closer and waited. She then again asked what time. She checked me in. All again while not making eye contact with me. She disappeared and came back to tell me that she couldn’t fulfill my appointment because they were out of tests. Why not send me a notification instead of wasting my time? Also, a smile and a polite tone goes a long way. Instead of yelling and avoid the customer’s face. Ridiculous.

Horrible The pharmacy people are rude and lie I went to pick up my prescription and I called ahead of time to ask if I could pick up an over-the-counter medication at the pharmacy I was using the drive-through because I had my dog with me and they assured me they could grab it for me while they grab my prescriptions, because it was behind the counter for them The lady didn't even know how to work this speaker to talk to me. She was trying to yell at me through the glass. Then she told me I know the phone, but the line is long now, so park your car and come in and get the other item. I explained, I specifically asked her ahead of time because I cannot bring my dog in the store. She said she didn't care get out of her line. I was holding it up. She looked like a sweet old lady, but she was rude as can be

I see a lot of bad reviews, but none of them are recent, so I feel obligated to add my review. I'm new to the area this year. I think this Walgreens is great. The workers at the front entrance are always kind, cheerful, and greet me nicely. Yesterday there were 3 of us in line and they immediately opened another register, and it was not crowded. Whenever I ask someone where something is they are very helpful. I started using this pharmacy. The workers have been very kind, helpful and polite. They have even helped me get a medication cheaper with Good RX. They are patient and working hard. Im thinking they have more workers now than when these negative reviews were posted. I've also gotten my vaccinations here. They've done a good job. But I would say be patient and bring a book. It may take 20 or so minutes longer than you thought it would. Please be polite to the workers. They are really trying hard. It seems like they've gotten rid of the bad apples and are hiring very nice employees!! Fingers crossed this good service will continue!

TERRIBLE. No sense urgency will send a notification out when only half of your prescription isn't ready and then go straight on their "lunch break" for 30 minutes. Have nearly wasted an hour of my work day waiting. Totally unacceptable.

Their pharmacy is an embarrassment staffed with rude idiots who routinely produce lines of 45 minutes. They NEVER answer the phone even though their are 6 or 7 people running around back there. Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to and this has been going on for years. Moving my prescriptions and NEVER GOING BACK!!!

My first time, and now my second time, I was greeted very nicely as I came in. This second time I was looking for WD40 and thought they probably wouldn’t carry it. I asked a very nice dressed man working near me if they had it and he smiled and said he would get it. He turned to the row across where we were and reached to get it. Also, I was looking for hair color and a very well dressed lady working there took time with me to help me find as near a shade as my hair is. It was a very enjoyable trip for me. The shelves seemed well stocked and I found everything I was looking for, even WD40!! Oh yes, it looked spotless! I’m going to have my medications switched over to get there.
