I have been to a number of Walgreens pharmacies and this one is alarmingly disorganized. I am not sure if it laziness or incompetence but my experiences there tell me it's a combo of both. When you call, they rarely pick up, and when they do, they put you on hold and then disconnect the call. They struggle with coherent communication and push their responsibilities on to you as the customer. Very poor service.

So, the woman I dealt with in the pharmacy seems to believe her main purpose is to find a way NOT to refill a prescription. My script was supposed to be on auto fill. Somehow, not by me, auto fill was cancelled. Go to the store. Even though I had a refill left (maybe two) she refused to refill the prescription. She sent a request to my doctor who sent another refill authorization. Was advised by text that the prescription was ready for pick up. Showed up to get it (btw, it's NOT a narcotic or addictive drug) and she wouldn't give me the medication until I answered an irrelevant medical question that was none of her business. After walking away from the drive thru window several times and disappearing, she finally came back and gave me the prescription. Was not given a choice of how to pay. Was given a $5 coupon for my next purchase of $20 or more. I wouldn't spend $1 at their store. I will probably keep my prescription at this store. A reduced workload would only be doing them a favor.

I called the pharmacy 4 times.. each time they would pick up the call and hang up on me. 5th time I got ahold of someone after being on hold, she was extremely rude and annoyed that I had a question about my prescription. The customer service is ?

Negligence and incompetence!! My college aged son made an online appointment for an immunization required for school. He arrived on time and was made to wait 45 minutes past his appointment time…only to be given the WRONG vaccine!! The appointment choice he made clearly stated which shot was needed and the tech administered the wrong one - my son did not realize the error before it was too late, as it was not explained to him or clarified beforehand. He trusted he was getting the vaccine for which he made an appointment (and received confirmation of the correct one!) The pharmacy was so disorganized and chaotic I can’t even imagine how many mistakes are made here. We are filing a formal complaint, especially after being hung up on (after holding 20 minutes) when we called to let them know of their error. We will never trust this pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy location. Running with less pharmacy agents and not contacting insurance if there is any delay though we provide insurance details.

Can’t believe there’s not a 0/5 star option. Despicable service and absolutely a waste of time. Called four times and let the hold music play for 20-25 minutes EACH call. Do the math and I did 80 minutes of holding. Do not fill your prescriptions here, do not ask them for help because you mind as well speak to a wall about your problems and concerns you’ll get the same answer. Every 5 minutes of holding someone picked up and put me back on hold.

The WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I switched because I moved and it was thw closest to me. Every single month when I call to verify my scripts, I'm told they are available for pickup. When I go to pick them up, they tell me they aren't ready or processed and I have wait several more day.Please find a better pharmacy!! I will be switching

I would have to agree with the reviews complaining about how calling the pharmacy is extremely frustrating. I was waiting to speak to someone for over 20 minutes. During that time the phone was picked up 15 times (I'm not exaggerating) as if someone was taking my call, but i was immediately put back on hold without anyone speaking to me. A few times I did hear a voice but only for a second or two. The person was not speaking to me.Finally, after 24 minutes, my call was disconnected. Incidentally I called right after they returned from a lunch break at 2 pm.I don't want to have to get in my car and drive to the pharmacy every time I have a question. I have also experienced long wait times when in the driveup.On the flip side, corporate should do a better job of staffing this location (and others, I'm sure). I could only imagine the frustration of the technicians and pharmacist if they are so busy they cannot answer the phone.UPDATE: My 1 star review is against the process, not the people. I did call back and the pharmacist was very helpful. But waiting to get to talk to someone was still very frustrating.

We went in yesterday at 4pm to pick up a prescription that was sent around 10:30 am. It wasn't ready so they said ti come back in 30 min. We went back 3 hours later after running errands and after standing in line it still wasn't ready. I get they are busy so I wasn't too upset. They filled it but their system was down so they couldn't add my insurance to the order so we decided to come back in the morning. After coming back, I tried to pay with 100.00 and was told they couldn't give me change. At that point I'm like this is ridiculous. This is our 3rd time back and I felt like the customer service was severely lacking. This is a Walgreens store and I don't see how you can't give change. Maybe hire some more pharmacy employees. It may not have bothered me if this wasn't my 3rd time coming back but I got the feeling the lady just didn't want to deal with it.

The worst customer service and care I've never experienced. And it's gone on for years. I've now been on hold 49 min they won't even come on and say anything they just keep picking up the phone and placing it back on hold. It's impossible to speak to anyone and when you arrive nothing is ready 9/10 times. The app does not get updates either. And the staff is rude and does not care at all. I run a medical practice and this type of customer care would never stand.

I placed a photo order that said “same day pickup”. Three days later, it’s still not ready. They said the machine isn’t working but never offered to transfer it to another Walgreens…or to call/email me to tell me it was broken.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I understand that there are staffing shortages right now, but it is inconceivable to me how there can be a line of 10 people out the door and 6 employees working behind the counter all ignoring the folks in the line??? additionally they never answer their phone. I find it ironic that their slogan is "making RX's easier" nothing could be further from the truth- I cant wait to transfer my RX to CVS ughhh

Consistently the worst service imaginable ! Wasted countless hours and trips for them not to have it despite getting the automated call saying it’s ready?I’m not sure whats going on but for simple prescriptions not be readily available and taking days to get should be concerning? This has not always been the norm.
