This is the worst Wallgreens pharmacy on the face of the earth. Disorganized, slow, understaffed, and incompetent. Avoid if at all possible.

This pharmacy is usually out of stock and prescriptions are delayed. It is nearly impossible to get a phone call answered at the pharmacy. I will be moving meds to another store. The clerks at the front of the store are friendly and helpful.

Oh my, where to start. I got used to going to Safeway, but my new insurance wouldn’t cover RSV vaccine type, so offto Walgreens I go. I made an appointment, filled out all relevant paperwork, and when I got tothe counter 20 minutes in advance, I had to do it all again! Then I waited and watched all the chaos behind the counter. Customers complaining about prescriptions not ready,etc. When the pharmacist was ready, I had to sit in a corner behind a screen. Customers were seated so close they could watch. No privacy, pretty sure a HIPPA violation. Dirty and cold. Never again. Walgreens, shame on you.

The absolute worst experience with the pharmacy. After waiting 3 days for a prescription for a rash, I finally had to ask my provider to send my prescription to Safeway who filled it in less than an hour. Walgreens told me multiple times my prescription was ready, and yet it never was. Then they told me that they “didn’t have instructions from my provider.” My provider confirmed that they did have instructions. Then, they told me it would be another 36 hours to get a simple cream for a rash. Save your energy and time and avoid this place. They are so unhelpful and not willing to give you an ounce of their time.

This location has the most unprofessional management! Between two visits while here on vacation, we had experienced two different managers, Claire and Christopher! Claire had no idea how to reimburse for a return item and since paid with cash…did not know that all could be credited with a gift card. Very rude! And then Christopher…supposedly a manager, who asked my daughter if she is old enough to buy beer as she was carrying it for me, her mother. He said it was the law that she could not carry it as she was underage. I therefore took it out of my daughter’s hand and set it on the counter and told him she is no longer carrying it. As we are walking down the isle, he makes a smart aleck comment about us and I told him that he was the one that was rude…not us! He then told us to leave the store and that he was the manager. My daughter did tell him “**ck you” for kicking us out, he then proceeded to tell my daughter “**ck you” back and say“What are you, ten”! A manager speaking to a 19 year old that way! Christopher was rude first and my daughter reacted! It would be in Walgreens best interest to not have someone like Christopher be anywhere working in their stores! I know we will never step foot inside this Walgreens again!

I absolutely love this Walgreens! Best customer service around and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. The manager is beyond friendly and has incredible knowledge of all that is Walgreens. They definitely know how to make you feel like family here.

May Christopher get fired for the way he spoke to us. He is rude and cussed us out before kicking us out… we are from out of state where laws may not be the same and he just wanted to use his “manager” power. well it’s as easy as you losing business. Clearly shouldn’t have come here after prior reviews but definitely won’t be returning now. This is probably something corporate should follow up on… you do NOT want people like Christopher working for you.

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL MANAGERS. Went in for some simple groceries and they SWORE AT US. Christopher and Claire both are the worlds biggest douchebags. This place should be shut down instantly. Not only did they make multiple people cry but they yelled and swore at us multiple times for carrying groceries for our parents

If you take a medication that you cannot go without for a day, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They are so disorganized that my medications are never filled on time. They will absolutely leave you hanging with no medication. Prescriptions are often delayed with no action taken by the employees. The only way to get your prescriptions filled is to call. If your medication is out of stock, they will not order it for you or even tell you, until you call.Of course, calling means waiting on hold for 10-60 minutes, only to be treated like an inconvenience and be transferred around.I have tried to be patient with these people. Their employees are disorganized, rude, and condescending. Walgreens has used their monopoly power to ruin local pharmacy care.

Time to drain the swamp.My doctor emailed over a script for a specific pain medication. Confirmed FOUR times that specific Rx was in-stock.Pharmacists could not find any prescription order in their computer system after waiting for an hour.I'll goto Mexico for Rx before I go back here.

as the past customer wrote, this pharmacy staff is pathetic to say the least. WALGREENS CORPORATE ARE YOU READING THESE? To clarify, rude, don't bother me attitude. I realize todays job market is tough but this group is hurting you and your fellow employees.....
