Always out of medications and my prescriptions are never ready on time! Long waits and they seem confused and understaffed. Seriously just go to any other pharmacy- this location is terrible!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid this pharmacy. You are better off going through Amazon, unless you want to deal with rude staff who will lose your scripts and make you wait 30 minutes in line while they refuse to acknowledge your presence.

This pharmacy is the worst. Every time I refill or fill a prescription it takes 4 days. It is terribly mismanaged. You sit in the drive thru a minimum of 10 before anyone acknowledges you. There are at least 5 people working there and they ignore you. If you go inside there is a line 5 deep. If you call to check status you are on hold 20 minutes . Walgreens… do better for your customers!!!!!

Dr called in a zpack for me and by the next afternoon they still said it was delayed. I called to check and was told “we have it and will let you know when it’s ready”. No eta and they’re not polite. I went in the app and transferred it to a different location and got confirmation it will be ready in about an hour. Avoid the Pinnacle Peak location!

My god I thought it couldn’t possibly be a worse experience then the normal Walgreens I go to. That place is a 5 star compared to this. It almost feels as though there is a candid camera. I mean you can’t be this bad. First I tried calling to avoid waiting for my script to be filled no answer for the entire 45 minute ride here. Second for whatever reason with Walgreens they need you to show up to start the process of preparing your script. This place lacks processes and training. This is like going to the circus minus the fun and cotton candy. Hands down worst pharmacy I have ever been to

This is the worst Wallgreens pharmacy on the face of the earth. Disorganized, slow, understaffed, and incompetent. Avoid if at all possible.

This pharmacy is usually out of stock and prescriptions are delayed. It is nearly impossible to get a phone call answered at the pharmacy. I will be moving meds to another store. The clerks at the front of the store are friendly and helpful.

Oh my, where to start. I got used to going to Safeway, but my new insurance wouldn’t cover RSV vaccine type, so offto Walgreens I go. I made an appointment, filled out all relevant paperwork, and when I got tothe counter 20 minutes in advance, I had to do it all again! Then I waited and watched all the chaos behind the counter. Customers complaining about prescriptions not ready,etc. When the pharmacist was ready, I had to sit in a corner behind a screen. Customers were seated so close they could watch. No privacy, pretty sure a HIPPA violation. Dirty and cold. Never again. Walgreens, shame on you.

The absolute worst experience with the pharmacy. After waiting 3 days for a prescription for a rash, I finally had to ask my provider to send my prescription to Safeway who filled it in less than an hour. Walgreens told me multiple times my prescription was ready, and yet it never was. Then they told me that they “didn’t have instructions from my provider.” My provider confirmed that they did have instructions. Then, they told me it would be another 36 hours to get a simple cream for a rash. Save your energy and time and avoid this place. They are so unhelpful and not willing to give you an ounce of their time.
