It’s been a while since I’ve visited this Walgreens
I was having a hard time finding a few items by the make up counter and a very nice Young lady asked if she can help me. She was so kind and patient with me thank you Lauren for being so nice and caring about your customers.
From now on, I will make this my favorite Walgreens .Marlene

Picking up meds. They're usually pretty fast and even asked me to wait to get a 2nd prescription ready.
I like the staff at the pharmacy.
They're always helpful.

I have to agree with other posts about this pharmacy. Requested a med refill, went to pick it up a few days later and they tell me that it’s not ready due to insurance issues and I need to contact my doctor first. No one from the pharmacy called or notified me that there was any issue when I requested my refill. I recently moved and my past pharmacy would send me messages to notify me of any delay and that they would often work with my insurance to figure out a solution. This pharmacist told me there was nothing he could do. Very frustrating.

The employees behind the pharmacy are some of the most unpleasant people I've ever met. They don't want your business. You can tell they hate being there and hate what they do. Walgreens has no quality control of the people they hire. Go elsewhere, somewhere local where they appreciate your business

I hope you have two hours to spare waiting on hold if you try to call the pharmacy. They'll put you on hold, pick up and put you back on hold because presumably the phone rings again since it doesn't want you on hold forever, but they just keep putting you on hold.Hire. More. People. If that's difficult, clearly you're not paying your employees enough.

I wasn't going to leave a review. However, upon looking up the number, I noticed the score and previous reviews. I realized this is a problem. The previous reviews about the rude staff/pharmacist are spot on. That woman is an absolute disgrace to Walgreens and should not be in a public service position. She should be at home with her cats, or at the very least, if she's married, her very miserable husband. (I feel for that guy)The ONLY reason I am leaving 2 stars here is because the rest of the staff are very nice. I have know doubt they are miserable working with her too.

Rude pharmacy staff. I have called many times, no, "hello how may I help you? " it's always, "pharmacy." And then nothing. Also, upon going in. Multiple times there is a rude troll of a blonde pharmacist. They couldn't get my medication for almost two weeks causing me life/work issues. She acted like it was my fault. Then the next month. Won't let me pick up the script until she says because of their previous screw up! I had to miss work, multiple days, two months in a row, because of this woman and her incompetence/need to be overly controlling. I work out of town a few weeks a month. This rude angry troll of a woman wouldn't let me pick up my script TWO DAYS ahead of what she wanted because of her screw up the month before!! So I had to miss work, AGAIN! She doesn't even look at you or acknowledge your existence let alone smile. She needs to be fired.I will not be using this location again. I am literally going to drive 5 times the distance, for better service.

Lady in pharmacy is RUDE. Has no patience. Has no customer service experience. Time for them to check their employees. No longer using Walgreens for prescriptions. Thank you

Was our first time at this particular location. Had a hard hour to kill before Goldie's opened at 11am. Is set up backwards from our Walgreens in FH. They just got a big load of Christmas items in and were getting them setup and arranged. Wandered around for a while, found they had store brand snack nuts on sale. Got one bag of dill cashews and one sriracha cashews. Gal at the register was very friendly. Plenty of parking in front.

*Specifically just rating my Covid booster and flu shot administration experience here for those who would just appreciate knowledge of Covid safety standards before signing up to visit a provider. As of 10/10/22.*I booked my appointment online beforehand and filled out the two-page (one page double sided) paperwork beforehand as well. Always a good idea, when possible, to make an appointment vs. trying to get a vaccine on a walk-in basis, I think. It turned out the form was just for the flu shot, so there was another almost identical form to fill out for the Covid booster too. Not a problem, just wish the Walgreens site/confirmation email would have provided both.As far as masking goes, it’s fully optional in the store and most patrons do not partake. The pharmacy tech/assistant at the register wore a surgical mask. The two other workers (who I believe were a tech and a pharmacist) in the pharmacy were not masked. One coughed every couple of minutes and made no attempt to cover his mouth, though I think they coughed with their mouth closed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯The vaccine administrator turned out to be the third person in the pharmacy, which is why I believe they are a full pharmacist. They had a surgical mask on when I walked in the vaccination/clinic room. The administration was fairly quick and not noteworthy in terms of pain with the injection—par for the course. The provider did start taking off their mask before I had left the room after administering the vaccines. I was told to wait a few minutes (I think 6-8?) to make sure I didn’t have an adverse reaction, but that I did not need to inform the staff of whether I was feeling ok after that time passed.I’m not sure about the ventilation in the store, so I can’t speak to that. I’m glad that at the bare minimum, the vaccine administrator put on a surgical mask for the administration.A couple of improvements I’d like to see around Covid and general respiratory health measures:- mandatory staff and patron masking (at LEAST pharmacy staff and patrons) with KN94/N95 masks or better- intentional air quality improvements, including HEPA air purifiers and optimized HVAC filtration, with status made transparent to all (e.g., CO2 levels displayed, air purifier filter status shown)Overall, I’m rating this four stars for Covid precautions, which is definitely too generous but because the bar is now so low, what I saw/experienced here was actually better than I expected in the area of masking.
