Very disappointed with the pharmacy, I called a couple of time yesterday then went I'm person I was informed the my medication would be ready in 20mins but I needed to go to work then I went this morning to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I wish u guys had better communication and customer service

20 yr client is very disappointed in service. 10 tabs of pain medication hasn't been filled going on 8 days and counting. I find the excuses more and more frustrating.

Very rude cashier. Literally growled at me when my card was having issues working. Issues like this are not anyones fault and sometimes technology doesn’t always work. I ran out to my vehicle that was parked right outside to get another form of payment and he was still extremely rude and trying to make me feel bad for wasting his and “other customers” time even tho only one person was behind for literally only 30 seconds. The entire interaction from start to finish was no more then 2 minutes. I was polite and apologized and thanked him multiple times and he replied that “i should be thankful” im not the type to ask for a manager. horrible experience. Horrible location. Horrible people work here.

Gia is a awesome team member who works very quickly all while the business being very busy. I was in and out in minutes after using services that usually take 5-15 minutes. Don’t loose her she’s valuable to this business! Thanks ?

Jasmine was no help when I asked about the store credit card. She seemed annoyed that I even came to the check out. Please enforce better customer service. She never smiles anytime I'm in the store.

This pharmacy at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. Very slow, unhelpful, and couldn't care less about your prescriptions and when you get them. Highly recommend going to another Walgreens or CVS. They also have huge turnover at this location, I'm sure noboby likes working for management there. Stay away!

I looked for a diuretic in the aisle where you would find Prilosec and Imodium but could not find a diuretic, so I asked a clerk in the next aisle for assistance, but instead was redirected back to the aisle I had already searched thoroughly through. Frustrated, I went to the pharmacy who redirected me to another aisle and even went with me to where the diuretic actually was located. At the checkout, I reported my frustration with the clerk who failed to assist me properly and my frustration with the experience. I did not receive an apology, but instead my product which I paid for was taken away and I was told I could shop somewhere else. WOW!! I did speak with the manager who kindly apologized and gave me my products. Bad experience and will not return to this store!

I am more than frustrated with this pharmacy. I'm not sure if they have a problem with their fax machine or if someone just doesn't care about the called in prescriptions from providers. I have been told "we have no prescription for you" many times over the years from my birth control to my dogs medication to Urgent Care meds. I guess it happens too far in between that I need to pick up meds that I forget about all the work it tsakes to finally receive the meds. Since knowing this, I have thought to call ahead to make sure my prescription is there. Now the problem is not being able to talk to an actual person because the automated person constantly "doesn't hear you right". I am finally done with this pharmacy and will go elsewhere.

I went to Walgreens and spent $20 to receive a $5 coupon a few days ago to use towards my "next purchase". Only because I had that coupon I went to Walgreens today to get some items for my upcoming vacation and when I tried to use the coupon I was told that now it's "activated" and I can use it NEXT time. I was so confused and annoyed because I'v never heard of a policy like that.. they're literally making a big deal just to save $5. The person helping me was kind and that's the only reason I give this location 3 stars.
