Rude staff at the pharmacy. No smiles. They seem annoyed to serve you or hate working there. When I asked a question about a prescription one of the older ladies seemed annoyed. Hello?! Isn’t that part of your job description? Life’s short. If you can’t be helpful to customers then quit and work elsewhere.

HORRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM THE PHARMACY. I've been coming to this pharmacy for over two years because it is the closest one to my home. Unfortunately, the past year has been so difficult due to the lack of professionalism, customer, service, and couth from the pharmacy techs. They act angry to be there and unwilling to assist. They hang out of me on the phone couple times after that I am drive like 30 minutes to get there and they told me sorry we don’t have it and it’s not gonna be here long time. Very disgusting customer service in the pharmacy just don’t go to them

Terrible customer service from the pharmacy from the pharmacist. I asked for help and due to pharmacist not helping me I wasted $32.50 worth of medicine! They didn't offer to replace or anything!

Went to get booster shot today. Stood in line 3 minutes before being acknowledged and told the other person would help me. The other person looked at me and said I'm on the phone. " I then waited for her to finish her call. I had a 1:00 appt and my sister had a 2:15, I asked if she could get her shot then too. They said no. They directed me to wait in a chair. At 1:12 I asked if someone was going to give me my shot, she replied yeah, it's takes time to get the stuff together. She gave me the shot and told me to wait 10 minutes. Meanwhile the 1:15 appt didn't show. I asked if my sister could take the 1:15 appt. It was 1:20. The response was no, we go to lunch. The employees were not helpful or courteous. I know everyone is understaffed, so I try to be understanding, these employees clearly are unhappy. I will not return to this location.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED AT THIS STORE. I'm on medication that I must take daily and have been out for two days. The pharmacists have been negligent with getting my much needed medication order on time, and when they finally fill it, they up and close the store due to "staffing shortages". They didn't even notify me their pharmacy was closed today when I left to get my medication and they couldn't be bothered to transfer it to a store that is open. I am truly at a loss for words for how unprofessional this pharmacy is. I am not someone who complains often, but this is truly frustrating to not be able to have my medication due to the negligence and lack of foresight displayed by this pharmacy.

If I could give it 0 I would. I waited in line for over 20 minutes while they we're fighting with another lady in front of me over a coupon. Right when 6 o'clock turned around and she finally got the lady away from the drive-through. They shut the door shut the window and didn't even give me any service knowing that I was sitting there for over 20 minutes. I walked in to try to talk to them to see if I can get my sons medication which is very important that he takes due to mental issues. And the two pharmacy helpers a female and a male started laughing at me thinking it was funny that I was upset and the pharmacist lady told me that they close at six there's nothing that she could do and I should've waited in line for that long. Mind you I called this medication in this morning at 10 o'clock and was told it wasn't gonna be ready until five. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and I have been going here for years. All the staff seem new including the pharmacist. They definitely need to learn customer service skills and get attitude adjustments. It is not funny to laugh about someone and there medication needs.Hi

I want to thank Patricia for helping me in the photo department. She absolutely made my day!I came in to see if I could have some photo books redone... I was giving them as gifts and felt like the binding was not up to the quality I had previously gotten at this store. I was a little reluctant to take them back because I knew it was such a busy time, but I really didn't want to give them as they were.I went in early to avoid the crowds and Patricia immediately came to help me. She was very friendly and professional, and listened to my concerns. When she looked at my books, she immediately offered to redo them for me and made me feel like my concern was important to her and she wanted to fix it for me. I told her there was no rush because they were not for Christmas. She took my phone number and told me she would call me when they were ready. She called just a few hours later and said they were done. When I picked them up, they were perfect!! Thanks again to Patricia!I would definitely recommend the store on Indian School in Scottsdale to anyone. The photo department does beautiful work and the customer service is excellent! The store manager, Mike, is top notch, always upbeat, with a servant's spirit, and his staff all seem to follow his lead... very customer friendly and helpful.
