Never thought I'd ever write a review for a Walgreens but here we are.. the cashiers on Friday December 29th were ready for a holiday break because they did not want to be there at all. I literally had to leave my things because I couldn't bear spend money here. I never will again maybe CVS or anywhere else. The manager was busy training someone but I wish he would have been able to look up for a second and see what was going on around him.

Dropped a prescription off several hours before close with the promise of a text or call being sent to alert me the prescription was ready. Never received either, so we went to check if it was ready around roughly 9:30. The pharmacy proceeded to tell me that my prescription was invalid. I confirmed with the emergency room that this was not the case, and even had the provider call them. They basically told me they were closed, that I was wrong and to leave. Despite having several hours to address the situation or at the very least contact me. Never will get my business again and should get their pharmacy in line considering they are located less than a mile from an emergency room.

Downloaded yelp just to say how bad the pharmacy is. Took forever just to get one item. Went back again to get shots and took 45 minutes for me and the rest of my family to get them. We scheduled appointments online and still took forever. Definitely recommend not going to this Walgreens.

This Walgreens can be very shady about adderoll predictions. There's a lady who will tell you they have none they have been on back order for months. Tells you they haven't had any for months and to go somewhere else essentially. This is a lie, I pick it up every month but I sometimes need to wait like a week. She's a liar and I don't appreciate her dishonesty. I've reported her to corporate twice and she's still does it. The guys at the counter in-person are cool tho.

I come to this Walgreens all the time for snacks, quick pick up items etc. I have not used the pharmacy. I have also come for passport photos. They are always efficient even if there is a long customer line. This is a busy location next to old town. It gets the job done, I'm happy with it.

Terrible pharmacy customer service. All of the women are rude. She simply doesn't understand since one proceeds so slowly. When I called three days earlier, my medications weren't prepared. Made apologies. Never work as a pharmacist.

Worst pharmacy ever. They send me texts every month saying my insurance is not accepted. It's because they have both my old and new insurance on file after I've repeatedly asked them to delete my old insurance. The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 11:00PM. Because I work nights, sometimes I won't get there until almost 10:00PM and it is already closed. You cannot get through on the telephone. Many times a recording will tell me that I'm the next caller. One time I left my phone on speaker for an hour and they never answered my call. When I went in to talk to them I noticed that they just let the phone ring. It is dirty and the staff is not helpful.

Walked in was the only person in the store picked up some toothpaste and toothbrushes. The cashier was vacuuming right in front of me, and just completely ignored me. I waited for a minute or two, and thought that this must be some sort of you've been punked or something. Finally I asked her where I check out and is it self check out. There is no self check out Reluctantly, she put the vacuum down and came over and checked me out.

Extremely long phone holds. Drive thru is often very slow. They don't clean up around the outside of the drive thru often enough either. I have had plenty of time to sit there and stare at the dirt and dust and debris. It seems to be all due to understaffing. The employees seem to be doing their best. The result is that it is horrible to be a customer of this location. I have switched most of my Rx's to my ins's mail order pharmacy. What is management thinking? How to run a business into the ground 101?

Geovanni in the pharmacy is OUTSTANDING! While I waited for my scheduled Covid shot, I got to listen to Geovanni help over a dozen people and every single one of them left happier then they came. He deserves a round of applause!

Absolute disaster for so long now- I used to just go there and have a laugh while waiting for the longest time- but the last ten days they haven't been able to fill a prescription that has been called in twice by my doctor and it's a medication that is greatly needed. How long can they stay

The worst pharmacy I have been to. I do not recommend to anyone. I have been coming here for about 4 months. I will be transferring to another Walgreens even though I will have to drive farther. They have messed up my prescription in every way possible and there is ALWAYS a wait. Go literally anywhere else.

This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare to work with. I was without my medication for almost a week because I was out of town and needed the Pharmacist to speak with me / my doctor in regards to getting my medication transferred and fixing some information on my account so we can do so. Every single time my doctor and I attempted to call them, we would be on hold for over an hour. Our calls were BOTH dropped multiple times after holding for so long, thus making us have to call back AGAIN and lose our place in the queue over and over again. This went on for FOUR DAYS. Keep in mind, I was out of town so I was not able to just walk in. Neither my doctor nor I have the time to sit on hold for more than an hour just to attempt to speak with someone and risk getting our calls dropped each time. When dealing with them on the phone they are rude, very short, and made it seem as though I was the one inconveniencing them. They will put you on hold without any warning and make you wait another 15 minutes while they attempt to get questions answered, and when they finally do get back on the line you're met with more attitude and a blunt response. My issues were not resolved over the phone, so I waited until I was back in town to attempt to resolve this in person. When I went to pick up my prescription, while in the drive thru, I had to wait another 30 minutes while they attempted to upload my insurance information which they should have already had on file since I have been using Walgreens for a while now. The woman was extremely rude, and when asked why my medication cost was so high compared to CVS, and why they were experiencing so many complications, she told me to "just go pick it up from CVS then". I did exactly that, and had zero issues at CVS. Never again will I deal with this pharmacy.
