Dropped a prescription off several hours before close with the promise of a text or call being sent to alert me the prescription was ready. Never received either, so we went to check if it was ready around roughly 9:30. The pharmacy proceeded to tell me that my prescription was invalid. I confirmed with the emergency room that this was not the case, and even had the provider call them. They basically told me they were closed, that I was wrong and to leave. Despite having several hours to address the situation or at the very least contact me. Never will get my business again and should get their pharmacy in line considering they are located less than a mile from an emergency room.

Downloaded yelp just to say how bad the pharmacy is. Took forever just to get one item. Went back again to get shots and took 45 minutes for me and the rest of my family to get them. We scheduled appointments online and still took forever. Definitely recommend not going to this Walgreens.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to. We get text constantly that orders ready, then when we arrive and order is not ready. We’ve asked them to change our address, they claim they have, next time we show up it’s not updated. Also, the slowest drive thru window ever.

This Walgreens can be very shady about adderoll predictions. There's a lady who will tell you they have none they have been on back order for months. Tells you they haven't had any for months and to go somewhere else essentially. This is a lie, I pick it up every month but I sometimes need to wait like a week. She's a liar and I don't appreciate her dishonesty. I've reported her to corporate twice and she's still does it. The guys at the counter in-person are cool tho.

I come to this Walgreens all the time for snacks, quick pick up items etc. I have not used the pharmacy. I have also come for passport photos. They are always efficient even if there is a long customer line. This is a busy location next to old town. It gets the job done, I'm happy with it.

Terrible pharmacy customer service. All of the women are rude. She simply doesn't understand since one proceeds so slowly. When I called three days earlier, my medications weren't prepared. Made apologies. Never work as a pharmacist.

I do not recommend this location. I called 3 times in the last 2 days to ask a few questions regarding my prescription and they kept me on hold for over 25min then hung up. This happened as well about 4 or 5 months ago. I understand we are all short staffed however answering the phone for simple questions should not be this hard.

Walked in was the only person in the store picked up some toothpaste and toothbrushes. The cashier was vacuuming right in front of me, and just completely ignored me. I waited for a minute or two, and thought that this must be some sort of you've been punked or something. Finally I asked her where I check out and is it self check out. There is no self check out Reluctantly, she put the vacuum down and came over and checked me out.

Came for a COVID test, walking in since I don't have a car. Was told to go to the drive through; at the drive through they wouldn't take me without a car. We woman was very rude as she told me to leave and get a Lyft/Uber. Once I got a Lyft to stand there by the window, I was accepted. The process took 30 minutes in which they couldn't find me in the system despite Walgreens being my primary pharmacy. The pharmacist was furthermore rude to the Lyft driver when he asked about a time estimate. Once I finally got the test and left, a half mile away, the pharmacy called me and said they wanted a paper back that they gave to me, so the Lyft had to return to have me drop off the paper they provided me with. Quite incompetent and rude staff.

Completely Clueless staff. I needed distilled water for my CPAP machine. The pharmacist didn’t know what a CPAP was (?!) or if they had distilled water. Another employee told me that distilled water was “on back order since 2020.” I drove to a nearby Walmart and found distilled water for $1.79 a bottle.

Absolute disaster for so long now- I used to just go there and have a laugh while waiting for the longest time- but the last ten days they haven't been able to fill a prescription that has been called in twice by my doctor and it's a medication that is greatly needed. How long can they stay

The worst pharmacy I have been to. I do not recommend to anyone. I have been coming here for about 4 months. I will be transferring to another Walgreens even though I will have to drive farther. They have messed up my prescription in every way possible and there is ALWAYS a wait. Go literally anywhere else.

Every time I come in there these people are very polite understanding and patient. And I should have gotten his name but the pharmacist who works the night shift closing Gives off one of those really good vibes that makes you know hes a good guy without saying anything. And hes never had a problem with me showing up 10 minutes before closing for a prescription that needs to be filled right away because I didn't plan ahead:)

Do not use this Pharmacy. They are terrible and don't care about your health or time. I had a 5:30 apt for Covid Vacine, they couldn't find it in their system even after I showed it to them on my phone. They told me it would be fine but come back in 1/2 hour. I did and 50 minutes later they told me they refused to give me the booster or help in any way. When I called to speak with mgr, after waiting for 45 minutes, they hung up and refused to give a name. They do not care about you, your health or time. The staff here is dangerously horrible.
