I used to adore this place and its unique concept of a self-serve wash station for dogs. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. They consistently fail to answer their phones, and even when they do, the information provided is often incorrect. I called earlier to inquire about nail trimming for my dog and was assured it was a walk-in service with no need for an appointment (also mentioned nothing about the grooming hours). Yet, when I arrived at 2 PM, I was told their groomer had left for the day and wouldn't return until the following morning. Apparently, this is their new grooming schedule due to staffing limitations. It was incredibly frustrating, as I wasted my time driving there for nothing. In the end, I went to Petsmart down the street, where I had no issues and even saved a couple of dollars!

If I can give them 0 stars I’ll be my pleasure! These people are VERY RACIST! As soon as me and my family were walking in, all the employees wouldn’t take their eyes off on us. We checked in & told the staff we had an appointment at 12:30. We arrived 2 minutes late. They told us they wouldn’t take us because we were already late BUT he proceeded to tell us that he was going to go ahead and ask the groomer if she would take my dog in.While we waited, we still had most of the staff eating us up with their eyes. It took him six minutes to come and let us know that the groomer wasn’t going to take us due to arriving very late.Even when we were leaving, we STILL had staff gobbling us up through the mirror when we were heading towards our car.You guys made us feel VERY uncomfortable!!!!Later I called to follow up if y’all had a late arrival policy and I was told that they had a 15 minute late arrival policy and they wouldn’t take us in if we had arrived 15 minutes or later from our appointment time. When this wasn’t the case. I was 2 minutes late because we were looking for parking. Makes me no sense. The employee took longer on asking the groomer than me arriving 2 minutes late. Thank you for wasting my time. I will be letting my family , friends and neighbors know where not to go. As well as my TikTok and my social media following…

Brianna did such an excellent job with my Husky’s thick nails - I couldn’t be more grateful to her. Now, I’m extremely protective of my children so to hand them over to a stranger gives me anxiety in so many ways until I discovered this place. I can’t speak for the grooming service as I do that myself, but when it comes to having my Husky’s nails trimmed, I am not worried anymore. I tried out several different people there but Brianna is my favorite. She was so gentle with my Husky although he was irritated by the loud noise (blow dryer) and got the job done perfectly. I tried to cut his nails myself but he gets so whiny with me because he can. And while I do not watch the groomer cut my Husky’s nails because it would get him distracted, I think it’s fantastic that there is 100% transparency through their glass windows. Also, the whole staff is so friendly and makes you feel taken care of while waiting. I’m really happy I discovered this place because they make my life so much easier.

WARNING: this business does not return or exchange products that are defective, broken, malfunction or fall apart even with the original packaging and receipt within the 90 day return window…. Two stars because the dog wash is decent when it’s actually open.

This place is great! The staff was helpful and so friendly. My only question is if my dog has so much hair, can you get more shampoo/conditioner or is there an up charge? I didn't have the chance to ask when I was there, but had a great experience and look forward to going back. Two paws up!

Self wash station was so convenient. Brushes, soap, conditioner, cologne, towels, blow dryers. All included. Even an apron to keep you dry. All you need to bring is your dirty dog.

We had absolutely loved this place in the past. Taking our dog their for monthly nail clipping, getting her a cake for her bday etc…We had no issues until today. They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment same day and were ecstatic. She needed a grooming and we were so thankful she could get in. We got there checked in and she went into the room! All was well. She had her bath and was left in there as the groomer went to attend something else. Okay, understandable. I pride myself in being a very understanding individual and I know sometimes you must multitask. We then waited 5-10 mins and no one had came back for her. She was soaking wet and barking. I understand this is a public establishment and there are many things going on at once. Obviously many people view their dogs as a kid. So as a concerned “parent” I went to the front to ask if this was normal as she had never been groomed there before. She replied no not unless they’re doing a moisture treatment. I returned to the area feeling better. I thought that could be the case. I am not one to automatically assume the worst. I asked the groomer and she said no did you want that. I said no she just has been sitting in there for a while. She said a groom normally takes 3-4 hours. (Also understandable. I’m sure there are many dogs and much to do. And I would’ve been fine if she was dry, but she was sopping wet. we know our dog and she was shaking because she was cold. She has never shook from nervousness or new people.) I said okay I’m not comfortable with her sitting in the tub for this long can we have her back. (Keep in mind there were two workers up in the grooming area. I teach huge classrooms of kids so I know multitasking is tough but manageable) At this point the staff went into defense mode. Immediately, getting the manager involved. It appeared to be excuses and justifications as to why it was okay for her to sit in the tub for that long. Even if it may be “ok” for them it was not for us! What bothered me the most about the whole experience was the lack of accountability. When I brought my concern of her sitting she could have said “no problem I wouldn’t want her shaking let me take care of drying her etc..” you work with dogs and I’m sure owners want you to give them the same love they give them at home. The funny part was when we asked for her back there was time then to dry her and give her back. I digress, the lack of accountability and pushback we received from this is why I write this review. You already responded to my fiancée and I don’t need one here too. My advice would be to take into consideration how much people are protective of their animals and try (even if you don’t mean it) to show that same love as well, and do be able to take owners concerns understandably without becoming defensive. Lastly, we also encourage you to lead with grace for these dog parents and try to be a bit more understanding.

Autumn the groomer left our dog in the tub shivering and yelping while walking around and taking the “walk in.” So if you have an appointment that doesn’t matter while the walk in get a priority while your dog is shivering in the tub. Jae the “manager” was making excuses as to why this behavior was okay. The groomers were walking around on the phones while our dog was shivering in the tub. Their excuse was that they have to take care of the walk ins too. We sat and watched our dog look at us shivering and crying. My fiancée went and asked the front if they shall sit in the tub for that long and she said no. Then they back tracked and said they have to wait, “while they help the walkin’s” even though they they were on the phone walking around and not taking care of a walk in. Childish all around.

Had a bad experience at other location. Was asked by them to speak to a manager. Referred to this location and had to call multiple days to speak to one. Manager took my info and said they would call me back. Never did.
