They do not ship what they said they would there shipping was $30.00 I confirmed exactly what the quantities and items would be they said they would ship not reputable and deceiving Do NOT TRUST orOrder from VERITAS!!!!

I've used this pharmacy for many years and have had no problems until recently. Now they didn't input my prescription refill in time , even though it was called in on time, causing me to have to book another doctors appointment to get a new prescription. Then they delayed refilling the new prescription and now are saying it will be another 2 weeks to get it filled. I've been out of my medication for 5 weeks because of pure incompetence. It's sad I have to write this review but this is 100% unacceptable.Their response is not factually accurate, it was actually their fault for put putting the refill in their system in a timely manner.

Really poor experience with this company. Took over 2.5 weeks to receive my order even though it’s 2 day shipping. Very disappointed with the poor communication and lack of responsibility taken by the company for mistakes made. Then on top of it all, they sent my prescription to the wrong address. And when my order finally arrived to the correct address, they included another patient’s receipt! Hello, HIPAA!? They finally agreed to refund the shipping cost due to their error and the refund never went through. I had to spend more time again calling to get the refund they promised - this time spoke with someone named Caitlan Fudge - she was pretty rude and not apologetic at all. Still waiting to see the refund actually come through. Will report back. Won’t be using this pharmacy in the future!

Not reliable and not authentic products. One would expect to come here and get either of the aforementioned, most likely both. Unfortunately, it's neither. They have unprofessional employees as well as on-site and answering phones.

I am very unhappy with this pharmacy. They were to release a hold on my prescription (which I had placed and removed). I was told I the prescription would be mailed in the next couple days and to expect it. This was roughly 3 weeks ago. I just called and a receptionist answered my call to inform me that it was not mailed out as expected 3 weeks ago and he could get it mailed out at the earliest -- as soon as Tuesday.As this is unsatisfactory, I asked for a manager and was placed on hold for over 6 minutes and then the call was terminated by someone other than me. I tried calling back, and the phone tree placed me on hold for over 3-5 minutes without any answer, presumably because it was then after hours.

I've used this pharmacy for about 3 years at the recommendation of my doctor. However, their customer service has declined drastically in the past 6 months. I was spoken to rudely and told they left me a voicemail, when my T-Mobile phone records indicate that I never received any calls from anyone that day and never received any calls from them for an entire week following. Kaitlyn from Vertisis said 3-4 days or more for processing plus shipping time was normal at any pharmacy. However, I easily found one near me with same day processing and better pricing. I do not recommend this pharmacy.I have advised my physician to stop recommending Vertisis.

They have really improved recently. For the last year I have had excellent customer service with every at Vertisis. Every one has been very helpful and knowledgable and if they don't know the answer, they connect me with some one who does. Their prices are very competitive as well. Highly recommend

I have been working with Vertisis since they opened and they have been great overall. I recently had a situation and the management took care of everything for me and refunded me my money. I am still a loyal customer.

We buy all of our IV nutrients from Vertisis Custom Pharmacy. The quality and regulatory compliance that Vertisis abides by is second to none. Kevin, one of the pharmacists, is always available to answer any questions we may have about specific compounds and dosing and Kisha has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count. If you're looking for the best, look no further.

It is been more than 5 years since we have been doing business with Vertisis, and i think we can be doing it forever , the entire team always willing to help and support ours needs , very profesional staff offering a variety of compounding products with high quality .I always appreciate our mutual support . I don't understand why you're selling BICARBONATE in 10ML bottles for the same price you used to sell it in 50ml bottles for. The other custom pharmacy still sells the 50ml bottles for $16/50ml and that's your price on the 10ml bottle. Can't you give us the 50ml option back? I gotta use 2.5 of these bottles and it substantially increases the cost of my IV's.

We've been using Vertisis Pharmacy for all of our sterile injections for over 5 years now and they are a top notch pharmacy. From their customer service to the actual products themselves, they are clearly ahead of the pack. What we like best is the personal relationships that we've built over the years which goes a long way whenever you need to speak to someone directly to answers questions. We're super appreciative of workin with Kisha, Christi, and Kevin. We've also had the pleasure of their GM and Owner visit our facility when we first started with Vertisis which shows us no matter how big they are or get, they operate with a small business mindset and that is a great thing. We are loyal to Vertisis and are very thankful they are able to supply us. Lastly, we're about 1.5 miles from their Pharmacy so supporting local business's is very important to us.

Disorganized, I recieve calls saying that product has come in stock and they are shipping product , then when it doesn't come say they don't have any record of calling me, and that they don't have it to send. Staff is rudeyes one of your representatives did show up without an appointment and they were told that the clinic is only open by appointment, ( which is actually posted on the front door that ) NO ONE MAY ENTER UNLESS THEY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT . We would be happy to schedule an appointment with them for a future date, however the the representative was rude and said he WOULD NOT come back to Tucson to see the Dr to discuss this matter

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy deserves a 10 Star review. They CONSISTENTLY go ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations in getting my prescriptions filled.I have been having prescriptions filled at this Pharmacy for several years. Recently I had to have a prescription filled by a different specialist. The ownership that the Vertisis staff, Maggie & manager Ashley provided to get the new specialist set up to fill my prescription was EXCEPTIONAL.Thanks again Maggie & Ashley you both are the BEST!.
