Jared was great, very courteous and helpful. Only complaint was the company POS system was down so took a long time. Not his fault.

Horrible. This is NOT a Verizon store (just to clarify l). I sat there one day, just wanting to get a swap a phone case quickly. I paid $25 extra for their supposed “quick future fee” which is mandatory when purchasing a new phone (which I had done earlier that day). They sold me the incorrect case so I went back to get the correct case. The first time I went back, the store was closed for no reason because the hours were clearly stated on the door. So I went back again on a different day and there were four people in front of me in line that had long questions involving getting new phones or other types of things. There was only one person at the register which is normal at that place. So I politely asked if I could quickly just give them the case they incorrectly sold me for the correct case and I was told I have to wait. Then I get an unexpected call from someone in the regional management team and I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. Other times that I have been there, I have had similar experiences. I would not recommend.

It’s not often you give somebody a hug for helping you at a store, my less a store for a wireless service provider. Salvador, from this Verizon location, deserves the biggest hug ever for helping me. He went way over above to make sure I had what I needed even staying hours past closing time to do it. I needed a new line for a business. I was opening the following day and he made sure I had it. I’m so thankful and will always go back to the store for future needs.

Easiest purchase of iPhone I’ve had yet. Guy that helped me in the Scottsdale store, Jarad is great. Super attentive, direct, no nonsense. Seemed like a valuable team member to cherish. Rare nowadays to have someone take pride in the work they are doing like Jarad does. Thank you.
