I purchased 2 new iPhone 15's from Verizon and they told me they would be ready in about an hour and a half. It has been now 4 hours and they are still not ready. When I called Verizon, now they are telling me that it could take up to 24 hrs. Horrible customer service. Time to drop Verizon!!!

Store is supposed to open at 10am. Arrived at store at 10am. Door was opened by staff a 10:07am. Staff did not greet the 4 customers waiting outside in 97 degree heat.

Not happy that I, a woman, was skipped in line for them to service old white men first even though i was the first to walk in and there only be one man who is already being helped. So i should hve been next. Disgusting behavior. Sexist behavior.
That being said, then gentleman who helped me, Jackson, was delightful, calm, and efficient. Will come back, but livid about the skipped line, especially since it was and old white man.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
Was waiting with family to be seen (which legitimately took about an hour and a half).
During that time another customer was frustrated about the wait and voiced it to a staff member.
That staff member went and called the police to have them removed. The customer was upset about the wait but there was no comments or indication of being physical. So instead of speaking with the client to help them understand the wait timeline, they called the police to remove him.
Do business at ANY OTHER location but this one and am saying this only witnessing a situation.
I hope senior leadership looks into the call to the police as it not only is a bad use of city resources but a horrible look on a store located in a great area. Maybe that staff member needs to find a different line of work or something far from servicing customers.....LIKE VERY FAR FROM CUSTOMERS

I went to pick up my new phone that I ordered online. I felt the staff was dismissive and uncaring and after spending $30 to set up my new phone, my contacts have not been transferred in total and I have a limited data plan, which I mentioned to the rep at the store and she used all of my data for the month. Also the people at the store assume certain facts that are not true..for instance years ago you could save your contacts on your phone..they were not necessarily saved on the Cloud or Gmail...but many of these reps don't know this information and therefore I now have ot attempt t orecreate my contacts. The service was not good and now I am having to deal with Verizon on the phone to get this matter resolved and get money refunded for services not performed properly..and I did call the number a the store like the Verizon rep on the phone tole me to and that number goes to the main 800 number.

Customer service is horrible at this location. My issue could only be resolved at a corporate Verizon location and they not only couldn’t help me but were not able to see the notes that the Verizon rep added to my account by phone the day before. Won’t go back and may cancel my service with Verizon.

Jay the manager at this location has bad manners and bad customer service skills. There were multiple groups of people waiting for services and Jay was sitting down in the store eating. Jay also denied me services that Verizon does offer, thankfully a professional store associate, Preston was able to resolve my issue.
Preston was very thorough and professional at identifying what I needed and resolving my issue in 5 minutes. Thank you Preston.

Lisa and Jay were fantastic. I came in with a complicated trade in situation and they handled it with grace. Store was clean and everyone I saw come in was handled professionally, with prompt and respect.
