I was bummed when I couldn’t find this Verizon store at their old location near the Walmart but I found out they just switched locations! The staff at this Verizon store has helped me out on three occasions over the past 5 years. I feel they are very knowledgeable and if one of the specialists doesn’t know the answer the other one seems to know it. This time was no different! Glad their location just changed and that they are still in business! I trust their advice and will continue to give them my business.

My wife and I came into the store and worked with Amanda. She was fantastic! She was quick to answer all of our questions, professional and friendly. If you need a phone or simply have questions you need answered, make sure to request Amanda. She is great at her job and deserves a promotion.

They guys are awesome. Eddie, Shawn, Alex and the others have helped me with numerous issues with no complaints and a smile on their face. Always reccomend anyone to use this store specifically over corporate stores. These guys get stuff done.

Do not get the verizon wifi. I'm living in a new home where wifi was and I was no longer able to keep my wifi because there was already wifi here. I have not used the wifi since early January. I've canceled the service and provided a new address through customer service to send the box too and the first time they sent it to the incorrect address. The second time they sent it but somehow it never came (I checked woth my leasing office AND the post office) and the 3rd time even after escalating it never came.... the rep told me I could return it to the store with notes in my account and the store refuses to take it. I want to to return this box and not be penalized for something I have been ACTIVELY trying to give back.This is ridiculous. Never ever get wifi from verizon. Go to reddit and read reviews regarding returning the boxes. They make it a nightmare so they can charge you the 200 and the stores don't take them back because they go against their commission.

They messed up my whole account and now I cannot get my services thru Verizon. I have been on the phone with Verizon for 36hours. Do not go here to get help they don’t know what they are doing.

We had absolutely amazing customer service at this location! Eddie, Sean and Logan were all so helpful and patient. They assisted my son Joshua in choosing a new cell phone and changed us to a plan that worked better for our family. I can tell they genuinely love their jobs and helping people. Great experience!
