Worst USPS location I have ever been to. Half the employees are helpful and the other half act so rude and entitled. The icing on the cake is that it took them 20 minutes to find a piece of certified mail that should have been delivered to my apartment on Saturday. I was home all day and at 6pm saw that there was a notice left that they "couldn't deliver it because it needed a signature". That is the point of certified mail last I checked... When I asked to speak to the supervisor about it, I said that I wanted clarification on why it wasn't delivered to my apartment. His response, "Oh yeah they won't". When pushed further his elaboration was "They won't deliver to apartments or condos". No actual explanation why though. These people are shameless. So many people have similar complaints and this is probably illegal. People are paying for services that they are not receiving and then being given useless explanations. I hope the supervisor and mail carriers are held responsible for the blatant laziness and stealing money from services they don't actually provide.

We have our community mail boxes being replaced and all mail is being held at the Williams post office for N. Scottsdale. I have been to the post office twice in the past week to pick up mail. The first time I was told the whole of the mail for our community was a mess and they could not find my mail. Waiting a few days and returning today, I was supplied only today’s mail; again told that all our mail for our community was in a “pile”. Speaking with a supervisor, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to “fix” the problem. When asked if she felt this was acceptable, she blamed the lack of notice given for the hold and inability to “store” mail. No apology, not even a sorry and darn right rude. This needs to be fixed!

The friendly service of this post office is a breath of fresh air. After 16 years of pitiful service in Chicago the team at this post office is at a new level of awesome. Sure the line gets long, but the people are great. Everyone has challenges, but here the mail actually gets delivered, the people are kind and helpful. Appreciate you all ?

I ship priority mail almost daily. I dropped (in the p Kate drop inside the building) two boxes addressed to the same recipient at the same time. One box tracked and arrived at its destination as expected. The second was never checked in, never tracked and never reached its destination. I don’t trust this location at all. Someone is up to no good. The box didn’t dissolve.

Avoid at all cost. Typical post office…understaffed and slow. 3 people working with 19 customers deep.

The only thing good about this post office is Don the supervisor. Everyone else is horrible and rude. The line is consistently 4 days in a row now out to the sidewalk.

Stop locking the door for the package drop-off. It makes the lines longer.

Do you guys know how to answer a phone?? Literally have called 10+ times over an 8 month period and have never once had the line not just go dead on me before a person answered the phone. Absolute joke of employees.
