Left feeling frustrated and feeling scammed and overcharged. The person taking my package, Latoya, could not tell me if it’s likely the package will get there by the 3 day shipping if I purchased it. And she couldn’t confirm if 3 day shipping is accurate when I asked so I bought the more expensive shipping. She said it is only an estimate, and when I asked if it’s pretty accurate she said I can’t say. So instead of paying for the time I wanted, I needed to pay more for an uncertainty as well because I couldn’t get a straight answer. I understand not being able to ensure it, but can you let me know if it’s usually right? Literally any information besides shrugging your shoulders.
She’ll make you more money at least but I won’t be returning to her line or this office if I can help it. Why is the post office advertising 3 and 4 day shipping if your employees can’t even help us out with how long it will take? If you can’t say it’s 3 days, don’t call it 3 day shipping. I was very clear when I walked up, just saying I wanted the package to be there by a certain day and she didn’t even listen to what I was saying anyway and then asked me the two questions I walked up and already gave the answer to. I would avoid this post office if possible. There is a woman working there who is incredibly rude. Wouldn’t give me my packages even though I had the document from my mailbox that said they had arrived. (A week prior nothing else was needed).
They also sent back 32 of my packages back to sender because our mailboxes were vandalized and we couldn’t receive notifications about packages. This is all because they won’t deliver to our door in the first place.
The worst part is she walked away and wouldn’t answer my question of how I would be able to pick them up in the future. She said it’s the end of the day and didn’t have time for that. Someone like this shouldn’t be serving the public. This post office is 15 minutes from my house and I have kids so this is not easy. Terrible service, horrible experience. Unfortunately I will probably have to go back to get my packages in the future but I still don’t know how I will be able to do that.

This location will insult you and call you names. An employee name Latoya, who works there likes to dish out insults to the customers. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please file a complaint if it happens to you! This behavior should not be tolerated by service employees or government employees. Completely rude and insulting.

We order packages constantly with the same written address. An item had been delivered in an empty box with a sorry note and another was returned to the sender claiming the address is incorrect. I’ve been ordering things with this address for 3 years… it looks like they found the mistake and had it deliver the next day instead. Thank you for figuring this out!

Terrible location, I’ve been twice & agents are either rude or indifferent AND expect to wait…a long time both times one person working while 4 more walk around - todays wait 30 min

On multiple times carrier marked package was delivered in parcel locker. I never got confirmation e-mail needed to open locker and when front office of apartments opened all lockers package was not in there. Also they have marked package as undeliverable and was about to send it back to Canada but after calling and confirming that label was in fact complete I had to drive to post office to pick up package. I thought moving to fancy Scottsdale would have perks but honestly l've had more packages "lost" than when I lived in the 'hood.
Beware if you order any packages. You might not get them.
One month later…
It happened again. Same company from Canada sends me a package that is marked as delivered but it's nowhere to be found. I strongly believe the carrier is either stealing or throwing away my package. And it's just from this Canadian company.
All other packages that come from the states get here fine. I wish they would actually investigate the problem and deal with it.

this post office is terrible. the lines are always extremely long (>30min wait). they have tons of employees dragging their feet around in lala land but never have more than 3 people at the counter helping customers. I recently dropped off 2 packages here that had prepaid labels and both packages have not been scanned or moved through the system yet and it has been 6 days. When I went back on day 4 to ask where my packages are and to ask why they weren’t scanned the employee shrugged and dismissed my concerns saying “oh there around here somewhere”. I have opened a claim for one package and now will have to open a new claim for the second package because I’m sure they are lost. DO NOT DROP OFF OR SHIP THROUGH THIS LOCATION, especially if you are expecting mail and packages to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. 6 days of my mail being lost at their facility is absurd and seems illegal.

I have lived in my apartment for four years. Today I go to get my mail and nothing is there, just a postcard saying New Resident
?????? Worst post office ever, this has happened before and can never tell me where my mail has gone. Should be shut down.

These guys BLOW they don't even try to deliver before putting denied or vacant and then sending back to sender! Enjoy unemployment you lazy P O S USPS needs to be shut down and mail needs to be privatized. This has happened 3 times!

But have you ever been to a USPS with 5 stars? Same ole same ole. Long lines, lack of customer service or awareness in general. Just do UPS for FedEx.

Latoya at the counter was very condescending and sarcastic. I personally felt very disrespected. I would not recommend this office for business transactions.
