Stay away from this business. Many of the employees do mot know what they are doing and seem to be put out if you need a little extra help. As well, they charge extra for everything, including a small piece of tape. Go to PostNet across the road. Here you will get knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This store is really convenient to my home and we have used many times, but will avoid from now on. I took an Amazon return package and purposely left the box open so they could verify that the item was inside. It needed 1 piece of tape to seal up, and I was told I had to buy an overpriced roll of tape (verified the 5.99 was almost 2X the price of Home Depot). Since I didn't want to make a return trip, I reluctantly bought the tape and sealed the box. You'd think small amounts of tape would be a standard cost of doing business at a shipping store, but apparently not.

Like other people mentioned, this store charged me $1 for literally one strip of tape that was about 6 inches long. Total racket.

They was asking me $1 for taping my Amazon returns ?Guys what’s going on with your place and stuff? I never like your place for many reasons, and very rare came to your place. But I can’t hold myself not to write one star review now.

Bad customer service here. Nobody is nice, it takes forever for them to help ship a package. The manager is always eating and watching videos on his phone out loud and with his dog right up front. The employees have struggled to do something multiple times and he never helps or bothers to say anything. I’ve been her a dozen times and I’m done coming here.

The 4th time I’ve tried to use this UPS store!!! Worse customer service and bad attitude ever!!! Every time I go in there I say never again. Today I walked out went to Staples and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!
