Had a return and it was a very pleasurable experience. Was in and out in less than a minute. Staff was very friendly. Came in a little bit before closing time and didn’t feel rushed at all.

This is the worst ups store. The desperate owners of this ups store charge $5 for Amazon returns for each label. Every other ups store will do this service for free or at the most $1.

Use to go there often but last time I needed a notary and went there. The notary was so rude!! I will not return, that’s so bad because the place is nice and convenient and the other staff has always been great to me but this lady ruined it for me.

I have been a customer at this UPS store for several years, through multiple owners and operators-by personal choice.
I have always received the highest professional and efficient service here, with the addition of personal, professional, and respectful interaction with all employees-such that I consider the owner a personal friend. They have handled professional and important documents, numerous packages both going out and receiving.
I recommend this business and the owner highly and with out reservation. You can do not better with your important mail and package service.

I'm sitting in the parking lot at the UPS store on Chaparral. The employees inside this UPS store are wonderful and helpful. If you've messed up on a return and the line's not out the door, they will take your phone and walk you right through it and help you get it done correctly. Thank you SO much!

Self service Amazon return was easy. It's to your right about 20 feet after you walk in.
On another visit, I showed up right before close and had a problem with one of the returns, so the gentleman helped me finish my returns a few minutes after close. I felt bad, but he did the right thing for customer service and I was grateful for that.
.... Printing is super expensive compared to FedEx. And they have a self printing desk but it's complicated compared to FedEx. The 2 options are a USB key (is it 2005??) or open a browser and find what you want to print (meaning you need to enter your email & password on a public computer.....no). So definitely avoid printing at UPS if possible.

Don't go here to print anything! I asked to print 1 page (8.5 x 11) and they were going to charge me $5.62 for it. They were friendly about it but still crazy.
The staff here are friendly, professional, and seem to work hard. They were very open with the fees and willing to help me with offering cheaper options. But they couldn't wave fees and they were very empathetic about it.
