Self service Amazon return was easy. It's to your right about 20 feet after you walk in.
On another visit, I showed up right before close and had a problem with one of the returns, so the gentleman helped me finish my returns a few minutes after close. I felt bad, but he did the right thing for customer service and I was grateful for that.
.... Printing is super expensive compared to FedEx. And they have a self printing desk but it's complicated compared to FedEx. The 2 options are a USB key (is it 2005??) or open a browser and find what you want to print (meaning you need to enter your email & password on a public computer.....no). So definitely avoid printing at UPS if possible.

Don't go here to print anything! I asked to print 1 page (8.5 x 11) and they were going to charge me $5.62 for it. They were friendly about it but still crazy.
The staff here are friendly, professional, and seem to work hard. They were very open with the fees and willing to help me with offering cheaper options. But they couldn't wave fees and they were very empathetic about it.

Convenience and proximity to my place. Able to drop of Amazon returns quickly and efficiently. They get me the best possible price on postage compared to USPS so I don’t have to make two stops while running errands. It’s a bonus they have a notary! Thanks for the great service!

The employees at this location have been consistently outstanding for the last 3 years I've been a frequenter. Any issue with a return I was trying to make was because I misread the instructions. They kindly explained MY error, and helped me get it all sorted with patience and kindness. When I ship stuff, they treat the materials with care and make sure I'm offered the best/most effecient options. ***Be nice to those providing you service! If you have trouble with your return, double-check your return instructions instead of blaming the employees!***

I’ve got to give a shout-out to Jessie and Janet at the UPS store on Chapparal! My boss and I walked in last Saturday with three huge boxes and a stand for a medical device. The boxes were way too heavy for us to lift, but Jessie came out with a cart and handled them like they were nothing. He was super helpful and really nice.
Honestly, every time I go to this store, the staff is always so kind and helpful. It’s the only UPS store I’ll go to, even if I have to drive out of my way to get there. Highly recommend this place!

I recently had an exceptional experience at the UPS store on Chapparal. My boss and I walked in last Saturday with three very large and heavy boxes, along with a stand for a medical device. The boxes were far too heavy for us to handle on our own, but Jessie came to our rescue. He walked out with a cart and effortlessly managed the boxes as if they weighed only a couple of pounds. His customer service was truly outstanding, and he was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the process. Jessie is a very nice young gentleman.
In addition to this particular visit, I have always had positive experiences at this store. Every single employee I’ve encountered has been exceptionally kind and helpful. This level of consistent, excellent service has made this UPS store the only one I will go to, even if it means driving out of my way. Highly recommend!

Janet and Justin provided outstanding service in helping to ship 3 large, heavy, awkward packages! Justin even came to the vehicle to help us load the items into the store. He was very diligent in estimating various ways to package and ship the items to ensure proper packaging at the best cost. The best customer service at any UPS store I've ever visited!

Walked in to do an Amazon return.
I have the label and item is packed in box.
Jessie the only person at the desk was extremely rude and reufused to take the Amazon return unless I Purchased a box or a packing bag from them. I have never had such rude service for Amazon return or store.
I asked for the managers name. He refused to give me the managers name or number.
0/10. Do not recommend giving any business to this store with such rude customer service.

Went in to drop off an amazon return, Jessie was rude wanted me to do it everything for him. Been there twice before I just hand the clerk the product he scans my email and gives me a receipt .

On February 26th 2024 @ 4:27pm, I brought 4 items to return to amazon and I was only provided with 3 air-bills. I am a handicapped senior citizen and I needed help bringing the 4th item in because it was a heaviest package and I wasn’t able to carry it. I was instructed by the employee to pull up to the back of the store and an employee (female) at the location came out and carried the large item in that weighed about 20-25lbs. The same employee failed to give me the air bill and now my item cannot be located by Amazon! This was a $550 Amazon purchase and the ups store on chaparral took my item and failed to give me the correct corresponding air bill. Amazon suggested I call the ups location I’d brought my items to be shipped so on March 27th I called for help and the man I spoke to was rude and inappropriate wishing me “good luck filing my complaint with the police” and he hung up on me. I’ve been utilizing this location for 15yrs, maybe there’s new management but in any case, DO NOT TRUST this location, be VERY careful to make sure to scrutinize your air bills and what they’re charging you for!! I’ve found the better location is located on camelback and Scottsdale rd. Stay away from the chaparral location which is in the Safeway parking lot, they’re dishonest, unprofessional and rude!!

First time in there. Just doing an Amazon return. I know what to do but no hi, no acknowledgement. 3 of them in there in a small store doing nothing and only 2 of us customers both doing returns on their machine. One of them walks right past me. Sorry for intruding your busy day.
