I contacted this location to have a single page item printed. At no point in time when I inquired about the email address to have said item sent to did Will, the associate who answered the phone inform me that I would be charged for computer usage to have them print a black and white item. Needless to say, I was charged $3.45 for a one page print out of my mom’s handicap placard. Then the octogenarian working the counter, Jackie (who is past retirement and professional customer service age and gives off an I’m late for my Klan meeting vibe) flashes a store made sign in my face saying that print requests are charged computer usage fees. Avoid this place at all costs, the service is trash, the people are trash, and for five more dollars I could have purchased an entire ream of paper and printed it myself. What took all of four minutes likely paid a fourth of an associate’s salary. To say I’m annoyed is the understatement of the week but the fact that they hit you with “hidden fees” when all is said and done is the worst part. If a sinkhole should open in this area I hope it swallows this store first.

Go to another ups because Jackie is very haughty and refuses to help when it's important and most needed. They were racist to my son and to my daughter in law. We tried to get notary done. Daughter in law called to see why the 2 employees raced to the back as soon as we walked in. Manager claimed they were on their lunch break but they in fact weren't she admitted she lied daughter in law has a recording of the manager stating that they were scared of her and or intimidated and were afraid to service her. Why? Was it because she's colored? Hispanic why exactly did they refuse services when she didnt break any rules of theirs. They said it was due to her Google review and didn't feel comfortable servicing her so I'm unaware if they are allowed to do this but I do know it was wrong of them to treat her this way. She deserves to be treated and spoken to better than what she was here. Horrible folks here. Very dismissive of the way they treated us.

Abbie was so helpful and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and asked if I had AAA and didn’t even know I would get a discount for that!! It’s rare to find someone great at customer service these days and Abbie has it in spades! Thank you Abbie!

The place is very well located.
The service in general is not bad, it's just that in my opinion I think that sometimes they do not have enough staff according to demand.

If you're returning your CenturyLink equipment here, BE SMART! Guy working the counter was helping another customer and recognized my package. He asked if I needed a receipt for it and because I was in a hurry to get out of there, I said no I don't and he okay you're good to go. Now I'm being charged $150 by CenturyLink for an unreturned cable box even though they got the other items in the box and I can't dispute the charge because I don't have a receipt or tracking number.

Nothing but the BEST experiences with shipping from this store. I have used this store dozens of times in the past 2 years and trust them with high end jewelry shipments -William helped me immensely on 12/11/23. Sometimes the store is very busy but the staff work the line down quickly, efficiently, accurately. I can appreciate that the staff is grateful for downtime - it gives them a chance to tie up loose ends and restock everything. I loved reading the greeting cards while waiting in line. The staff has always been and continues to be super courteous! ❤️
