Mark was so very helpful to both me and my mom! He helped me get all my paperwork together and shipped off correctly and answered all of my questions! He was very quick and so nice! By far the best experience I have ever had at a post office ever!

Use caution dropping items off here. Especially usps items. I dropped Something off 3 weeks ago and it never showed scanned in on the tracking. The lady I asked said things get picked up daily. I told her my dilemma and was advised too bad it's probably just gone forever.

We returned an amazon package and asked for a receipt and they said no. I told them didn’t want to return it without an receipt and and he said he couldn’t because it was already scanned in the system.

We have a small business and use The UPS Store 2-3 times a week for package delivery. This had to be the worst experience ever in this sort of store. The Manager/Owner/Whatever had to be the most condescending person I have ever met. If there are certain things you don't honor in your store, simply post it and do away with the condescending explanation of why you don't honor your corporate coupons. It wasn't even a huge savings, but the attitude by this guy was incredible. Definitely will avoid this place and go to other locations or just suck it up and go to the Post Office.

It's almost comical how rude the owner is. If you are returning an Amazon package be prepared to be verbally assaulted by him.

Mark the owner went above and beyond to handle my damaged package. Filed all the paperwork, followed up with Corp and stayed in touch with me thru the process.Great customer service!

We recently attended the Arizona Art Expo where I purchased a big, HEAVY, and expensive piece of art. Mark and his crew were charged with shipping the piece to Florida. From the moment they received the piece and every step along the way, Mark described how he would be packing it and shipping it to protect the investment. It arrived in pristine condition with the most elaborate crating and packing I’ve ever seen…all 200 lbs of it. He tracked the package and called immediately upon delivery to check in. THIS is the way to run a business—excellent communication and top notch customer service.

Daughter goes in with usps wrong add return from priority mail. Wants to mail it cheapest way to new address asks for an envelope, they tell her she doesnt need one. She said i want it cheapest way, they charged her $13.04. Cheapest way first class usps. New envelope a few bucks, shipping with xtra charge $6. I call the owner and told them they lied to my daughter. said ups was the cheapest. Bull ive shipped from the ups store usps manytimes hes just wanting to pad his pocket. He was a j*** and didnt admit he screwed up. Should have been honest and charged her for an envelope and shipped usps. Will never go there. I advise not to. owner blames customer for his lying.So, he told my daughter qhen she went for a refund she cant ship usps 1st class, THATS WHY SHE ASKED FOR ANOTHER ENVELOPE. Logic fell out of the owners hands onto the ground and yet he was worried about cussing on the phone by me. yeah im cussing you took advantage of a small business.

They do everything they can to make you feel like it is your fault when they don't do their job. Poorly trained employees is a sign of poor leadership. Just go to the post office. Half the price and better service... go figure!!
