I went in to make an Amazon return. I mentioned the box needed some tape. Before I could finish my sentence her comment to me was “It seems to be the trend!” It wasn’t said in a sure I can do that for you kind of tone. I’m sorry I came to the UPS store, my bad. I’ll take my returns elsewhere in the future.

Bri is amazing at this UPS. Always in a good mood and so helpful. She can walk me through anything I don't understand sometimes save me time and money.

The Staff at this location is always willing to help, whether it is with me needing to overnight a package or Return an item to Amazon they are always willing to help. The few times their has been a line, the staff respects its customers by keeping the line moving or manning two positions so where one is backing up due to someone completing a form, the other line can help keep the wait down.
The staff has always been polite and courteous and they always greet me by name and with a smile. I don't know how they remember that I had a package delivered so by the time I have grabbed my mail and am walking up to the counter, my package they already grabbed from the back and it is already their waiting form me. That is Service!!!!!
I highly recommend this location to anyone who want excellent service, delivered with that feeling of being welcomed and appreciated.

Just wanted to take a moment to share my experience at this store: always friendly, considerate, professional, thoughtful, helpful and thorough service. Bre in particular always looks out for me: double checking my packing, making sure my labels and packing slips look good and helping me cut costs where possible. Highly recommend this location!

Terrible experience. The employee was very aggressive and obnoxious. She was talking in a very arrogant way, recommending that I use the self-kiosk, and after not getting her way, she used the F word in front of a minor and told me to get the F out of her store. She also said she would make sure I wouldn’t be serviced at two other locations that belong to the same store owner. We are trying to get a hold of the owner through another location in the area and were promised to receive a call. The employee, I believe her name is Bre, is extremely unprofessional. She refused to help return some very important packages, resulting in financial loss. On top of her behavior, she was literally throwing packages around. We are part of the business community in the McDowell Mountain area, and this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. Other reviews state similar experiences regarding her conduct. She is clearly causing a lot of damage to the store owner. Bottom line, we will not stop at this Google review, and she will be held accountable for her absolutely abusive and nasty behavior.

Girl is rude. Hates Amazon wants to show you the machine right away. There was hardly anyone in store. Felt like I was interrupting her. I will go to Kohl’s and return my packages from now on.

The worker was (and usually always is) extremely rude and unhelpful. When I walked in she was sitting on her cellphone and just pointed over to the new machines they are now using for Amazon returns. These machines are ridiculous. What is the point of having a worker there now when there is now a machine doing their job? Actually I was the one doing their job. I had to scan the return code, put it in a poly mailer myself, print out the shipping label, and put it on myself. I won’t be using UPS anymore for my Amazon returns, or for anything anymore. I also had an issue with the machine, (no instructions or help from worker on what to do), and the machine prompted me to go get an associate for help, yet she said there was nothing she could do to help. What a joke. Now I have no clue if my return even processed correctly.

Main Lady that is always here (mid 30s dark hair) makes you feel unwelcome and that you are some terrible person for doing Amazon returns. Let’s out audible sighs, gives one word replies, moves like a snail. It’s a job, you don’t have to be upbeat, but you shouldn’t be rude and unwelcoming to customers.
Seeing other reviews, it’s clear she needs some wake-up call, her behavior is unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Went into UPS to get a Notary done. Should have been very simple. The lady there was extraordinarily rude. She kept trying to find reasons not to do the Notary. She had a rude attitude and after wasting 10 minutes of my time I left and went to the closest other UPS where they easily notarized by document. I mentioned my experience and they laughed and said they hear about this lady all the time. I would recommend a remedial customer service course for this person.
Advice: go to another UPS

This store accepted my order for pick up at 9:30 am. I came in at 10:30 and they didn’t even have record of my order. I had a paid receipt and order number. The women working starting yelling at me telling to it was an AI issue. And they could do my order in the next two days. These were legal docs needed for court today. She yelled and screamed and then told me that they couldn’t refund my money. Disgusting behavior. So unprofessional

Oh my are these people rude and lazy. A young woman and an older one at this store refused to accept an Amazon return. I had the correct code and they gave me this story full of lies as to why they couldn’t accept it. It took them longer to tell the story than to print a simple label out and take the peel off and stick it to the package. They are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. Shame on both of you. . I called your store and one of the two answered and I asked for the owners name and number and you guessed it she hung up on me. I’m thinking of taking this complaint to the BBB so if I don’t hear from you I will. Thank you. Elvia
