I ended up not using them for moving, but they offered to get movers out the same day as my friend ended up canceling on me. Another friend offered to help me out. Based on my previous experience with them as I have used them in the past they are great as I have used them as movers before.

Don't use these clowns. they trashed my property, $2000 in damages. they offered me $75 to fix it. as an insult. I had to take them to justice court to get them to pay. it took a year for these A Clowns to pay up. Finally a judge made them pay. So if you want your stuff trashed and have to take them to court to get your stuff fixed These self serving, rip off munchers are your best bet. Just a bad company.

I would not recommend you hire two men and a truck Scottsdale. We requested tv boxes for moving purposes, our movers then convinced us we didn't need them after starting our move and said that they would save us money and that they'd moved hundreds of TVs and promised they wouldn't break them... well they broke our nice 65" and are barely compensating us at all for this. $0.60/lb is what they will compensate you - so essentially if you have a tv from the 1990s you'll get more money back if they break it than a current up to date tv. After spending several thousand dollars to move with them, they are saying their movers are telling a different story about what happened. So disappointing and will never be using them again. They also put a hole through our drywall and we couldn't get a person to call us about these incidents for over a week when our contract said we'd receive a call in 2 business days. It's now been over two weeks and still have not gotten a contractor to call regarding the wall. Would give this 0 stars if I could.

I hired two men and a truck after some really terrible experiences with other moving companies. I talked with Jessica as my liaison before my move, and she also checked in halfway during it. She was very pleasant, and gave me all of the information without any hidden fees. on the day of my move, I was pleased with Jon and Chuck. Both introduced themselves to me and shook my hand. They were so kind and sweet and knew exactly what they were doing. They asked me how I wanted things and how I wanted things placed. They informed me of items that were broken , or ruined as they found it in my garage. They were extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I cannot be more happy with my experience with this company and will be using them for all of my moves from now on.

I had nik and Andrew move an apartment for me today. They were both excellent. Fast and efficient. Best part was that they both great guys.

Terrible movers, Damaged Items, Over Charged. Zero Customer Service. These guys were BAD! They Left my furnature with big gashes and trashed my walls! DONT USE THIS MOVER!

Make sure you cancel 72 hours ahead of time. If don't cancel right at the 48 hours mark they will charge 1 hour service fee of $220. I have used them several times and referred them. However not anymore. They wouldn't even budge to comprise. My question is what time were scheduled to start. They won't tell you that because they want the deposit.

The movers were great and efficient. They promised me a call 30 minutes before they called 2 minutes before. Secondly my card got declined I agreed to have payment sent. They sent me invoice of net 10. It's been 8 days and their threatening to file a police report for a civil matter. The fredricksons have been the rudest people I've ever encountered please see emails below how demanding and rude they are while a payment is in the mail on the way.

My mom had an old, heavy sleeper sofa she wanted to donate. The problem was it was upstairs in her two story townhome. I called Two Men and a Truck. David answered the phone right away, gave me a quote and we got it scheduled (ps..I had called other companies, but David was the only one that actually answered AND said they would be able to move 1 piece of furniture AND drive it to the donation center). They guys called ahead of time, got here when they said they would, took a look at the job and got the deed done. All in, the whole process took 1 hour. Tony & Vaz were friendly, respectful and helpful. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck Scottsdale! You'll be happy you did.

The men loaded the truck quickly and efficiently. They were polite and took the time to make sure that they didn't miss anything. Unloading the truck was as efficient as loading. Great job.

Hired them to move a treadmill. I agreed to the two hour minimum for approx $320.They came and after 10 minutes said they couldn’t move it since it needed to be taken apart. I was very clear that the purpose of the appointment was the treadmill move. They said I didn’t tell them about the treadmill - no one asked any specifics.They said they couldn’t do it. I asked them to move a few other things (very small). They moved the wrong things and put them in the wrong place and didn’t move the things I asked.They were at my home for less than 30 minutes. Did not do what I I requested when hiring them. And charged for the full amount even though they did not do what was asked.Don’t use this service unless you want to pay for nothing.

I had Two Men and a Truck scheduled for a Friday afternoon from noon-2:00. I was flying in from out of town and scheduled them to move all of our furniture back into our condo after some renovation. We arrived at the condo around 12:15 after letting them know we would be a little late. They were fine with that since the movers were not yet done with their first move. After waiting until almost 2:00 I called again and asked for an ETA and Ashley said "they were still working on their first move, but should be done soon", she also said that if they weren't done soon that they would have a different team show up to help us. After not hearing back from them, I called again and asked for an ETA and Ashley replied that " I was free to call on a different moving company"! Obviously I knew I could do that, but wouldn't because I needed my furniture moved in that day (we had no beds to sleep on).....I then told her that "I was pretty disappointed and was going to let the management know".....after I said that she replied "that is a threat, and we don't do business with people who threaten us so she CANCELLED my move and hung up on me! I called back at least 6 times only to have them not pick up the phone-I left messages apologizing and begging for them to come and move the furniture, no calls back at all! So I called the 800 number and keyed in the zip code and Ashley answered the phone (she obviously didn't know it was me calling since I called thru the back door!), I apologized and said I am at her mercy, please move my furniture and she accepted my apology but said she had already sent the workers home for the day!!! They are family owned-they are all related to each other, so complaining to management would have gotten me nowhere, yet she still cancelled my move)!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!!!!!!
