UPDATE APRIL 2022:This place has been purchased and is now ran by Havana Leaf. The lighting, cleanliness, and customer service is at the same level as their other store. Not the selection of cigars but, a good selection of tobacco and vapor accessories. Not just a doper style head shop.?????ORIGINAL REVIEW OF TRADER'S BELOW:What a joke of a 'store' this is.I understand that the majority of your customers are users/addicts and you're used treating people a certain way and getting away with it.They sell JUNK. And won't excahnge/return same day for defective items. Actually, same hour.If you sell electronics, vape batteries, and they don't work you're just ripping people off with defective products.Anyone serious about trying vaping to quit smoking should avoid this place. Go to the vapor store over next to Rays Pizza. Havana Leaf.Unlike this place, that store is:A) open during posted business hoursB) employees are clearly NOT high on whatever they're smoking at TradersC) will exchange defective productsD) have some knowledge about what they sellE) seem to care that they're running a legitimate tobacco shopF) employees are present, you can see them, they say hello when you walk in; you don't have to wonder if you're the only person in the buildingG) reasonably pricedH) need I go on....?It really takes some hard work to earn a review like this. And they deserve it all. They've worked very hard over the years to belittle and scam their customers. They should be proud of their reputation.

I called early in the day and they said they were open until 10pm. If they are gonna tell me 10pm and show 10pm on maps then they might as well stay open that long. I drove 15 minutes for a closed store saying their open. If your gonna close at 9 please fix your availability on apps at least.
