I am in love with Tovaa. My ring is so beautiful and unique. She made me feel so special at my appointment to look at rings. I went in thinking I wanted one thing and left with something totally different but couldn’t be more happy. I can not recommend Tovaa enough.

I'm really grateful I found TOVAA! My husband and I worked together with Marlee to design my dream ring, and it is exactly that- a dream!! Throughout the entire process, Marlee was extremely communicative with us. She always gave us plenty of options to choose from, and was very transparent about the production process from start to finish so I never felt left out of the loop. My ring came earlier than the anticipated deadline, and I'll say that the waiting was the hardest part of the entire thing! It fits perfect & looks absolutely stunning. The look of the stone is unreal, it speaks for itself in some many wonderful ways. I feel proud to be wearing such a beautiful and ethically sourced ring. TOVAA makes dreams come true! Thank you, Marlee. I'll be a customer for life!

We ordered a custom ring from TOVAA just based off of the great customer service they offered my wife. She asked many questions over weeks and they were so helpful and responsive. She found them online and as a newer company, they didn't have many reviews. However the customer service gave us the confidence to order from them. We had previously purchased from East West Gem Company and did not have a great experience. EW gave us the old bait and switch. We were forced to complete a ring with them because they were not going to refund our money after they misquoted us (we had to pay and extra $300). Well that ring from EW gem co. did not even last a year before the stone broke right off! We went to EW to have them repair it and they said "sorry, we are not repairing our jewelry"...... Really!? This led us on the search to find TOVAA! They offered amazing customer service. They had great prices! TOVAA also uses melee diamonds unlike East West Gem Co (they use melee moissy). The workmanship of the ring was so much better than EW. It is stunning! Best of all, they stand by their work! We are so glad we took a chance and chose TOVAA. Its been a great experience. Thank you TOVAA!

I had an amazing experience designing and receiving my incredible engagement ring. Even through my indecision and questions and some changes, the whole process went very smoothly. There was great communication along the way, and I felt fabulous about my purchase. Opening the box was a wonderful and exciting emotional moment for me. I could not be happier and I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
