Horrible experience
If you want to be talked down and belittled, this is your shop.
Never in my life have I felt such disrespect. After leaving my designer bag at home in Nashville, we went to buy another one for my husbands work event. If he says go buy what you want the last thing I would expect is a random store clerk act like I can’t afford their store.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ps I still bought that Gucci purse… even though she didn’t deserve the money.

Cute store mentioned by one of the managers we know to pop in and look around so me and my friend did. door opened perfectly fine and when it was time to leave the door was locked . When asked why the door is locked to leave she said they do that when people walk in , but everyone was white when we came in and the door was unlocked .Make it make sense as to how your guest are supposed to come in if your doors are always locked after a new guest enters. Btw my friend was POC . I smell racism. Don’t go here if you got money to spend and you’re a person of color.

This store is selling pre owned designer bags and clothing items at prices that are either barely less expensive or more expensive than buying new. They had a Gucci GG mini bag for more than 1300$. The GG mini on the Gucci site is 850$. I do not understand this. Anyway I left irritated and perplexed by this. Just go to my sisters closet next time.

TBC has a lot of room for improvement. They are largely unresponsive on Instagram even though they post stories of items for sale every day (please create multiple accounts for your various stores!), it’s usually hard to tell which store has the item you’re interested in, they do not follow up as they promise or do what they say they will do, they charge ridiculous amounts to ship items of any size or shape and the shipments take way too long to arrive. At this point, I only buy from TBC if there is something I absolutely must have at a good price – otherwise, I much prefer to shop elsewhere. Please improve your customer service and buyer shopping experience!

Don't consign here! They lowball the value of your designer items. Go to Fashionphile where your payout will be higher.

Just went to the store in hopes of selling some Christian Dior items. Went to the door at 530p and it was locked with people inside. The person at the desk just looked up at us through the door. No signs on the door that would say they arent open. They close at 6. I won't be back. There is too much competition in your segment to be rude to people.

This is rip-off. They give you a price to sell item for and depending on price, you get a certain %. For my items that they sold, I got far less than what was agreed upon. When I picked up my items that didn't sell, they were missing one Ferragamo shoes. I have not received any communication about it, despite my inquiry.

BUYER (SELLER) BEWARETheir mistake cost my 94 year old Aunt $962.00. After 8 months, they took back a purse they had sold & charged my Aunt. Claiming that the purse was not authentic but providing no paperwork.Make sure that what you buy or sell is authentic.Buyer: ask for an authentication report.Seller: make sure what you are selling is authentic, if not you will have to pay back any money received from this business (no matter how long the time period).Timeline: June 2023: 94 yr old Aunt received a call from TBC asking her to come to the store & p-up a Chanel purse which was not authentic & pay back $962. Item was consigned in Oct 2022, paid out in March 2023. She was given no authenticating documents.July 14 2023: Called TBC talked to Kendra, explained the situation and was promised a callback by Sunday the 16th. No call backJuly 26, 2023: Called, left message on answering machine for Kendra to call me back.Aug 2, 2023: Called, talk to Kendra, explained reason for call. Justin, supervisor, will call me by tomorrow.4 Aug 2023: Called (4th time) talked to Kendra advised her that Justin had not called me. Immediately put him on the phone. He explained that a client purchased the purse. Took it to Chanel to have refurbished & Chanel stated it was not authentic. Client brought purse back to the store & they refunded client their money. My Aunt was asked to pay back her part. I questioned that upon receiving the purse in October wasn’t it up to them to authenticate item they take in are indeed authentic? Per Justin unfortunately this was a case that “fell through the cracks”. I said well it seems like you should eat the cost, since it “fell through the cracks”. He stated said “no”. Long & short it is up to the client to pay for their (TBC’s) mistake. I then requested the authenticators report, gave Justin my e-maiI, he stated that he would send it via email to me.As of today, Aug 16, I have not received the authenticators report. I am disappointed not only in their lack of responsibility, but also of the terrible customer service.

Wonderful! What a great find. Absolutely beautifully curated. Super friendly, helpful people. I can’t say enough nice things. I stopped in with my daughter and mother. We are from out of town. I’d fly back just to shop here!
