Good organized store but the staff is one of the most rude employees I have ever seen in a TJ max. As a member for the last 15 years I love going to TJ Max for gifts but every time I go to this particular one I get the worst experience especially from their managers. They’re very rude especially to brown and black people. Please retrain your staff on how to talk to people and to treat everyone the same.

Rude workers and they are not helpful especially if you are POC, specifically black. If you want to get followed around then accused for stealing and possibly end up on the news once the cops show up, this is the perfect place. Very snobby people here, considering we’re all in a cheap discount store… stay away. This was my 2nd experience.

The store was organized and stocked with a great selection of merchandise. The staff team members were friendly and very helpful. Dior, my cashier, was exceptionally delightful, and I enjoyed chatting with him as he rang up my purchase.

Bought a shirt, wore once, washed according to the instructions, and followed the drying instructions, shirt shrunk 3 inches at least. Ridiculous and a waste of my money. Return policy says I can’t get my money back or store credit.
