I walked in Tillys with a return while my granddaughter looked through the store, she was the only person shopping, there were 5 or 6 of is in line with a single cashier while 2 employees were wondering around on the floor. When one finally walked up front , I thought it was to open a register, but she turned around to leave. I asked her if she could open another register, and she said yes, I can. It was unbelievable that I had to ask. We shopped and were at the register to pay and in the middle of the transaction, the cashier picked up the phone. There was another employee standing there, but she apparently couldn't be bothered to answer it, so we just left without our 5 tops my granddaughter wanted. There is a gentleman who i believe is the manager whom is usually there, and he is absolutely wonderful. The crew today, horrible.

Caroline Ortez - The most nastiest and disrespectful employee I have ever encountered. That domineer and attitude of yours was absolutely pushing me out of the store. I don't know if it's because your short and insecure, and you felt intimidated by me - I don't know if it's because you were having a bad day - I don't know if your man broke up with you - but whatever your issues are, I would suggest you leave them at your house. In fact, go see a therapist.

They refused to take the safety lock off the sunglasses for me to see if they would fit on my face unless I paid for them. So therefore, I asked if I could then buy them, then try it on and if it doesn’t fit then get a refund. Their response, no you only get store credit. What kind of policy is this? I would never go there again.

HECK YESSSSSS TILLYS! We recently discovered this Tilly’s location and have been blown away by the quality of their clothes, the helpfulness of their staff, and the overall atmosphere of the store.The staff at Tilly's are hands down the nicest and most helpful I've encountered at any clothing store. They are always so friendly and welcoming, and they have a great sense of style. I've asked them for recommendations and they've always been patient and happy to help. They take the time to listen to what I'm looking for and make suggestions based on my specific needs and preferences.The selection of clothes and accessories at Tilly's is fantastic. They have a wide range of beachy, trendy styles, including t-shirts, dresses, swimwear, and more. I've found so many great pieces here that I've had a hard time choosing what to buy. The quality of the clothes is also top-notch - I've had several pieces for over a year and they still look great.The store itself is always clean and well-maintained, which is something I really appreciate. It's a pleasure to shop in a store that takes pride in its appearance and customer experience.In addition to the great clothes and helpful staff, Tilly's also has great deals and sales. I've taken advantage of a few of these and have always felt like I'm getting a great value.Overall, I can't recommend Tilly's enough. The staff are the nicest and most helpful I've encountered, the selection of clothes and accessories is top-notch, and the store is always clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for beachy, trendy styles, you can't go wrong with Tilly's.

Six employees are standing in front of the store locked out. I wasn’t even sure they worked there. Finally one says, “We are locked out so it could be awhile.”

Went in to purchase some shirts. Three employees talked and folded clothes while they watched me walked in. I was ignored completely. The same employees then greeted other customers. I walked around the store and found some items, but ultimately decided to put them down after seeing another employee just sitting in her phone.

When I visited the other day. One of the employees with red or pink hair would not stop looking at me and whispering to her co workers. And when i walked by she gave me the biggest glare. I was just trying to by some gifts for my daughter and I will never come back to this store.

I love Tillys but I'm usually pretty iffy about shopping at this specific location, however, I had the nicest worker help me out this time. She had glasses on and red hair, I believe her name was Lannie. I will definitely be back now, she was so sweet to my sister and I :).

Just went by after a long day to pick up my curbside order, (7:00pm on november 20th) and received quite the attitude from an employee on the phone. She told me i would have to come in to pick up my order so i could prove it was me with my ID. that was already weird considering it's a CURBSIDE order and i had to go inside?? what's the point of curbside at that point?? Once inside they proceeded to ask if i had an email to receive my points, which is strange because i ordered the boots through my Tilly's account online, then proceeded to send me on my way without checking my ID or anything. Very weird experience and I will not be returning to this location, I've only ever had amazing experiences at any other tillys.
