This place is absolutely racist and if you are a person of color or an ally of one, please do not patronage here!
I am newer to the area (moved to AZ in January) and was looking for a place nearby for consistent service where I can get my gel manicure and pedicure every 2-3 weeks. Nothing fancy, just the basics. The first few times were OK; however, even with an appointment, they were always running late. I usually went to Tammy and she started off friendly, but always had something going on so would start me and then hand me off to someone else so she could leave early.
One of the last times that I went, I had an appointment, was on time and then had to wait almost 45 minutes until I was seen. They get you with starting the water for your pedicure and then you are just sitting there...and sitting...and sitting. She apologized and then said she didn't see my appointment, then when I gave more details, she eventually found it "in another location." This wasn't the first time.
I was patient and didn't get upset, but then she had to leave and Kelly finished my gel manicure. Again, not the first time that I have had to switch people min appointment. In the end and for the long wait, I asked for my callus removal to be complimentary ($10).
The next thing I know, I try to schedule my next appointment and they are all of a sudden "completely booked" every day with no available appointment. I then showed up in person to schedule an appointment, waited over 15 minutes and then was told that I couldn't make an appointment for my preferred date and time, but could just "show up." Two days later, I get a text saying they are evaluating their client list and they can no longer service me. The nerve!
I have patiently waited on more than one visit, was never rude, loud or really even upset and then they try to "cancel me" as a client.
Completely unprofessional and not worth it. I am happy to take my $80 every 3 weeks to someone else who appreciates me as a client!

Wow! I got the deluxe pedicure and it was the most incredible pedicure I'be ever had! Tonia was so great. Several several minutes of leg / foot massage along with hot stone massage and excellent attention to detail with my rough feet. 10/10 this place was fantastic! Thank you!

The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. We called at 7pm rushing to find a place to take us and they were more than willing to stay late for us. Would 100% come back. They did an amazing job on my pedicure and have a great selection of colors!

Worst manicure I have ever received- do not go here! The salon is dirty, none of their tools were clean or disinfected. The person doing my nails did a horrible job. They cut corners at every step, my nails were extremely uneven, the dip powder was all over my cuticles and he cut my skin with the file which made me bleed. They advertise that they do dip manicures but did not know how to do the process correctly. I hated looking at my nails and had to get them removed after less than one week. When I expressed I was not happy with my nails and asked if they could clean them up a bit, they were rude to me and told me they were fine.

Lynn says she's been doing nails for 20+ years, but I think she's tiring of her "craft" and has become indifferent toward her work and her customers. I'm very sensitive to the undertones of a business and can smell a person who sees you only as a dollar sign 100 miles away. When I walked in, I was very firm and specific about what I wanted, "No-Chip manicure." The staff (and Lynn) repeatedly misheard "acrylic tips," which I had to restate SEVERAL TIMES, "NO! I want a NO-Chip manicure!" Of course, acrylic tips are more expensive. As I sat down, Lynn proceeds to upsell me. "No pedicure too?" "Why not dipped nails? They last longer." (And are more expensive.) Way to make a first-time customer uncomfortable! But it gets worse.... I tell Lynn that I have literal thin skin and to be gentle with filing, sanding, cuticle cutting, etc. She laughs and nods, (must be an Asian culture thing to laugh at someone else's plight?) She first sands off my old polish and my nail beds were getting hot! Then she proceeds to dip my entire hand in a bowl of acetone. She nicks the quick of my nails and I end up bleeding on ALMOST EVERY SINGLE FINGER!!! She did her best to patch me up with her 20 years of "experience" then layered on so much bonding gel that it physically hurt when it hardened under the UV lamps. They was bonding gel UNDER my fingernail tips! Within days, my French manicure was lifting at the edges. I was able to peel them all off by hand, no acetone needed, within a week's time. Cheap prices if you don't fall for the upsell. That's the reason for any star at all, but remember...you get what you pay for.
