My friend and I went in to this store a little over a week ago. We were instantly greeted by Ashley who was so kind and offered us a drink after we told her we wanted to look around. She showed us some unique pieces that were in town that normally aren't. Before Ashley needed to leave she introduced us to James who helped us the whole time we were in there. He tried on various pieces of jewelry (which I will be back to buy sometime!! They were so beautiful) we ended up in our favorite section where the Return to Tiffany's collection is and bought what we came in for. James was so wonderful! And it was a great experience!!! Will definitely be back if we're ever in town again! Thank you, James!

I used the text feature on the Tiffany and Co website to find out if they had what I wanted on stock. It was super easy! When I arrived at the store the staff was very kind and got me just what I needed. Overall a great experience!

I have been buying Tiffany jewelry for decades and I adore all their jewels!We purchased items in their Scottsdale store in July 2023. We were helped expeditiously due to time constraints and even given directions to the store in the Mall (since we could not easily locate the store).Overall Tiffany stores and online customer service is great!

We had an issue with some earrings and James P was amazing in the way he handled our concern and immediately resolved it...effortless! Lots of people sell jewelry, but this level of service after the sale is what really makes Tiffany's sparkle!

I bought a bracelet for my wife at Christmas ( 8 months ago) Tiffany & co say they have a 1 year warranty on their jewelry. I called and they said bring it in so we can send to New York and have them look at it. I brought it to the store and the employee immediately told me it will be $70 plus tax to repair. What about the warranty? He said it broken because of normal wear and tear. Thank you for saving me money in the future because I will not be buying from your store again.

Brought my ring in for repairs on the prongs. At a regular jewelry store I was quoted $200 per prong and there's probably 30 prongs if not more. Tiffany & Co. quoted just under $300 for everything. I was surprised what a better deal it was but it is also their product so I guess that makes a difference. The work was done really quickly and of course was cleaned. My ring looks how I remember it when I first bought it like 5 years ago. Thank you so much it looks so incredible.

I am a lover of Tiffany and Tiffany pieces up until now I typically try to buy nice gifts for myself as well as my loved ones they’re one thing I appreciate about Tiffany is that they stand behind their work and craftsmanship I had one necklace that was not it and one necklace that was slightly tarnished both of them Tiffany necklaces the sales clerk told me that there would be a $50 charge to send them out to get them cleaned and that they wouldn’t be able to do it in the store because it had a tiny piece of hair which is absolutely ridiculous she did not even try to clean them in the store and then say if they are not satisfactory to you then we can look at other options such as sending them out or to New York when I buy gifts at Tiffany the reason why I do so it’s because of the craftsmanship and quality and the fact They stand behind their work which did not happen at this time very disappointing and it looks like I may need to shop elsewhere

I absolutely love this place. I’m able to easily go in and get gifts for my clients and friends here. I recently bought some wine glasses from them. They didn’t have what I needed on hand but they were able to quickly order what I was looking for and I had them within a week. Great service definitely recommend them and will continue to shop there.

I have been a repeat customer for over 10 years, and tonight, 02/22/23, was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at the Scottsdale, AZ location. I was not greeted at any point in time, even when a person was right in front of me, behind the counter. I waited patiently for assistance in front of the case of the items I was looking to purchase. The person in front of me left the area, the person, in the next case, left as well. It appeared as all the Sales Reps went to the front of the store to talk amongst themselves, leaving me at the case, all by myself. I was there with two of my friends, and the three sales people that I saw, failed to acknowledge either one of us. My previous Tiffany & Co., customer service experience has been the impeccable, unfortunately, it appears that sales representatives who worked tonight need to go through additional Tiffany & Co, customer service training.

I've been a customer for over 20 years and I can't believe that the last 2 times I've been into the Scottsdale store I have received bad service to now NO service. The only kind face and acknowledgment came from the security guard. Sorry, I would rather travel 3,000 miles to go to New York!

Terrible service, no one would help me and the one that did and got my sales was rude. Product is overpriced much better going to any other jewelry store the workers there think they are so cool like the coolest high school kids ever.

Customer service is not what it used to be. Poor communication, blatant lying about services. If you are planning to send your jewelry out add a month to the actual date because this location does a horrible job contacting customers about their orders and will cause a delay.
