I came to this location to have necklace cleaned. The nice man standing out front walked me back to the customer service area and I waited more than ten minutes to speak with Emily. She was impatient and rude while I was filling out my information on the iPad. She was very curt and short and obviously annoyed by having to help me. She took the necklace and came back to let me know it would be ready in two days. I was visiting from out of town and didn't expect the wait. She didn't offer to ship it for a fee, as she was supposed to. I was glad to walk out of here after wasting 20 minutes, and will never return to this location. Emily should really find a job that doesn't require interacting with people.

I flew in from out of state to purchase a bracelet from Tiffany's. It's always been a dream to go there. I get there and was not impressed, it looked like any other jewelry store plain jane and boring. I went into the store and picked the piece I wanted and immediately right off the bat the sales woman confidently tried to sell me a piece that was oxidized, scratched and scuffed up . She knew I wasn't impressed and tried to pass it off saying that's the only one, but she can go check in the back she came back saying there weren't any left, but she can order one and have it delivered. She could tell that was even more of disappointment for me so then offered again to check and see if one is in the back. She then came out with a brand new, untouched bracelet. Moral of the story make sure you check over your item before you purchase or you might be walking away with a scratched, scuffed up, oxidized item and that's no good.

Mason is the best. I was gifted a couple of champagne flutes and the box was dirty and crushed. Not knowing what kind of response I would receive, I visited the store and explained the situation. Mason was extremely kind and helpful. He did not hesitate to accommodate with the best service, and not only provided a new box, but the white bow and bag as well. I don't think he realized how happy he made me that day. Mason demonstrated the epitome of great customer service which is becoming a rarity these days. Thank you.

All I can say is Thomas at the Scottsdale location is hands down one of the best customer service reps Tiffany & Co have! I had an issue back in Minneapolis which was unpleasant and Thomas actually listened to the issue and fixed it! Thomas is amazing and because of him I will be back!

I walked in today with my mother at the Scottsdale, Arizona location, already knowing what I wanted to buy. I was ready to make over a 9 thousand dollar purchase. We were not greeted when we walked in. We both circled the store about 4-5 times trying to find the item, but nobody acknowledged us; meanwhile other customers were given a warm welcome and a glass of champagne. I would understand if it was busy, but there were employees on their phones and not helping customers. Since no one acknowledged me or my mother’s presence and therefore could not locate the item, we walked out. Big mistake. Huge.

My friend and I went in to this store a little over a week ago. We were instantly greeted by Ashley who was so kind and offered us a drink after we told her we wanted to look around. She showed us some unique pieces that were in town that normally aren't. Before Ashley needed to leave she introduced us to James who helped us the whole time we were in there. He tried on various pieces of jewelry (which I will be back to buy sometime!! They were so beautiful) we ended up in our favorite section where the Return to Tiffany's collection is and bought what we came in for. James was so wonderful! And it was a great experience!!! Will definitely be back if we're ever in town again! Thank you, James!

I used the text feature on the Tiffany and Co website to find out if they had what I wanted on stock. It was super easy! When I arrived at the store the staff was very kind and got me just what I needed. Overall a great experience!
