All I can say is Thomas at the Scottsdale location is hands down one of the best customer service reps Tiffany & Co have! I had an issue back in Minneapolis which was unpleasant and Thomas actually listened to the issue and fixed it! Thomas is amazing and because of him I will be back!

I used the text feature on the Tiffany and Co website to find out if they had what I wanted on stock. It was super easy! When I arrived at the store the staff was very kind and got me just what I needed. Overall a great experience!

Went in to have jewelry cleaned. It was promised on a certain date and they had it done and looking great. Staff was very friendly.
