I am currently a guest at the hotel. I highly recommend you avoid this hotel until the pool renovations are complete. The noise of construction is extremely loud. This is a terrible experience overall.
Best to stay anywhere else.
Had I known, I would have never come here. Avoid until 2025.
Noteworthy details: Extremely loud construction. Generators and jackhammers all day.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary at The Phoenician. We arrived and were greeted warmly by the welcoming staff. Property was absolutely beautiful and in keeping with the Five Star rating! We checked into our room
and while we were settling in we could hear babies crying loudly from adjacent walls in our suite? We waited patiently as we are parents and understand that dealing with toddlers can be challenging. However, it went on all night. Finally stopping from 4AM-7AM when we were able to rest. The next day we awoke and hubby went to golf. I went to the pool which was beautiful. We proceeded to have a lovely afternoon adventuring to the local shops and heading to the gym. That evening we went to the fabulous steak restaurant and had a fabulous meal at J&G. Only return back to the room to screaming of adjacent toddler. I called the front desk and spoke with Ana who promised to have the manager reach out to me the next day to have us moved to another room. The next day no one reached out to us so I left another message. Still no one followed up. We spent four nights and five days listening to babies scream all night long. What was to be a fabulous anniversary celebration turned into a romper room level of unexpected disappointment. We loved our meals. Loved the amenities. But relaxing in our room never happened and our many opportunities to reach out to the manager(s) on duty never followed through. This was my first visit to Arizona and although I over the scenery, I cannot say that it was even remotely relaxing. I could’ve gone to my local Omni in Dallas and had a better getaway.
Food and drinks: Great experience on J&G multiple nights

Beautiful location! The company I work for held an event here, and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a beautiful resort , centrally located. I was staying in a VRBO while in Gilbert and wanted to check this place out for possible future stays. I would and will stay here in the near future. Very nice!

This place is magnificent. I was there on business recently, and it's definitely 5 star. The place is massive, and I really didn't have a chance to explore but will consider returning.

It’s great here. We were able to receive a room upgrade and check in early. I came for my birthday and all the staff made me feel so special. Beautiful property with pools, cactus garden, and mountain views. Can’t wait to come back

My husband and I just enjoyed 4 nights at the resort. Service was amazing. Javier at guest registration was very kind and accommodating. His service set the tone.
We had lunch at Maury & Cotton as soon as we arrived. The food was great and the staff was amazing. We arrived after their lunch hour which technically should only be a very limited bar menu but the manager brought us the regular menu proactively, we didn’t even ask. We were both so hungry that we would have made anything work. It was a great gesture and indication that customer service is their number one priority.
We rented cabana’s at the adult only pool which was awesome. They included the cabana with seating within, 4 lounge chairs by the pool, as well as a patio table with seating for 4. The rental could comfortably accommodate 6-8 people as long as everyone doesn’t need to be on a lounge at the same time. there were lots of other perks like snacks, several treats throughout the day, sunscreen, etc. Christine and Raymond were our attendants and both were superb, really excellent service and nice people.
We spent a day at the spa which we were both very impressed with. I had my massage with Tomas. For someone who frequently gets massages, this was one of the best by far. He was very professional and had a strong yet not unpleasant technique to tackle the knots in my back. After our services we spent the day at the private spa rooftop pool. Lee was our attendant poolside and again her service was amazing.
Our only meh feedback was the room. It was clean and everything you would expect but there was nothing exceptional about it. We were both underwhelmed but will say that the property overall made up for it.
Overall we highly recommend The Phoenician and look forward to our next stay!
