Carol does a lovely job on manicures and pedicures. After 2 months my nails are the healthiest they have ever been. She has a private salon and you as her client have her undivided attention. Carol is wonderful and I highly recommend her!

Perfect every time! The Nail Lady is everything you can ask for. I have been getting my nails done with The Nail Lady for about a year. My manicures and pedicures are pretty and lasts for weeks. Top notch! Carol is kind, consistent, and willing to work around my schedule. The private suite is clean and relaxing! Best nail salon in Arizona!

I have been going to Carol, "The Nail Lady", for several years now. I get both a mani and pedi on average every 4 weeks. Unlike many nail salons where you are never sure who you will see, The Nail Lady is a wonderful one person location where you will always see Carol. The location is always impeccably clean.
Due to a variety of personal health issues, I have grown to trust her to be that extra pair of eyes looking at my feet and hands. Her skills are spot on and I have never had to worry about an abrasion that could lead to infection.
She is highly skilled, always professional, personable and delightful. A 5 star rating is just not enough. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal one on one experience with a dedicated professional.

After going to numerous nail techs, I finally found the best! Carol is absolutely outstanding!!! She's been doing my mani/pedi's for years. Always so professional and courteous. Her uber clean salon is comfortable and relaxing. I would give her a ten-star rating if there was one.

I first contacted Carol two years ago after finding her through a google search online. Her reviews were very positive so I reached out. She got back to me quickly and was able to squeeze me in later that week. I have since gone to her regularly and could not be happier. Beyond being a lovely person she is very skilled at what she does. I’ve never had to wait and I thoroughly enjoy my hour with Carol. I could not be happier and would give her more than 5 stars if I could.

Carol is amazing! Have been coming here for four years. She is always punctual, friendly, personal and my nails always look fantastic. I can not recommend enough. Once you’re one of Carol’s clients, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

Extremely rude when simply asking what services she provides. For some reason because she was called “The Nail Lady” I got the crazy idea that she did acrylic nails, fills, etc. She does not and is very touchy when asked if she does. Very bizarre. Would never recommend.

If you're looking for quality and relaxation, book an appointment with The Nail Lady!! I found Carol about 6 months ago and so glad I booked that first appointment. Her salon is very inviting and peaceful. I love sitting in the recliner while getting my toes done. She is very attentive and detailed and makes easy, good conversation. She also knows when I need my quiet time - she'll put on relaxing music and we don't have to say a word. I can close my eyes and just enjoy my time. I'm happy to call her a friend now and she truly does take the time to invest in her clients. She takes pride in her work and shows the utmost professionalism. Happy Holidays ! ?

I went on November 16th the day before my vacation. Got a simple eye brow wax. Woke up with burns on my right brow. Don’t know what happened but never again
