Nice front desk people. Comfy beds, good size room, thick fluffy towels. Accommodating maid service. Dated rooms with little drawer space, not enough hangers in closet and noisy air conditioner with freezing bursts of air. No grab bar in bathtub/shower. Worst bed pillows ever.
Only one elevator for a sprawling hotel.
Restaurant does not cater to people needing gluten friendly diets. Pool was out of order the whole week. $30 a day resort free for no resort perks.

Room Was Nice For the Price Hotel Interior Was Quite Small And A Little Out Dated. Also I booked the room because of the pool with the views then once I checked in she tells me the pool is out of service(Completely Empty) and I will need to drive to a neighboring Resort to swim. Honestly with no pool how much of a resort is it I could’ve booked somewhere else.

Location great,balcony amazing,staff is laid back and helpful not all in your buisness it’s very comfortable.
But let’s not offer cabana rental on the website advertising leisure by the pool because the pool is empty and well that part in AZ is kinda crappy. Overall very good.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding grounds. My husband loved fishing in the lake and playing golf at the golf course across the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside by the firepit enjoying a snack in the evening.
Rooms: Rooms need to be totally upgraded.

We stayed in room 352 it was large and had a patio overlooking the lake.
After settling in, we noticed spiders all over the room!
I went to the front desk with the news & staff said that they would look into it after I check out! In the morning my girlfriend had several bites on her arms and legs.
I again informed staff upon checking out & a different staff member said she was sorry?

We had my daughter's wedding at the Lakeside Pavilion (10/24) at this hotel. This venue is beautiful with lake views and a beautiful space for cocktail hour and reception.
Debra Gatz, Director of Catering, couldn't have been MORE helpful. She is on top of everything you need and responds so quickly to any email you may send. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we envisioned! And it was amazing. Food is beyond delicious. Our guests were happy with the accommodations and the whole staff was lovely.
I would highly recommend this spot for any party big or small mostly because you get to work with an incredible Director of Catering, Debra. She is a star!! We can't thank her enough :)

Super value for an exceptional hotel.
Only there for a day, but with all the amenities and location, I would have certainly stayed here for a longer visit to Scottsdale and the surrounding area.
Rooms: Well laid out rooms, spacious, and clean.

It's an older establishment rich with history and beauty. Turns out the 1976 built hotel was the first conference center in the country. It has undergone some renovations circa 2015, I'm calling it "a timeless vintage piece of antiqued-modern".
The staff was great.. quick check in, polite, and available.
Balcony is cute.. looking forward to experiencing it in the winter.
The parking lot isn't well lit but I think that's a city thing and what's especially good? you're not charged for it.

Room was clean. Balcony was really nice. Was only there for a night but I’m local so I’ll probably go back for another staycation
