I love this gym! Jerry is THEE best trainer you could ask for! This gym offers kickboxing, circuit training, 1 on 1 sessions, boot camps.. pretty much everything. PLUS Jerry does meal plans! I mean, really? Everything you need in one place. So thankful I found this place!

The Art of Fitness was definitely a happy flashback to when I used to be a competitive gymnast. We used to do circuits everyday to help with our endurance and to mostly strengthen and perfect our routines. I remember the screaming in my head, "GO KIANA, KEEP PUSHING, DONT GIVE UP." Training with Edward Martinez and being able to finish his boot camp with him pushing us to our limit, made me realize that I still got it in me. ;) Don't get me wrong it was hard, and I've never been that drenched in my sweat ever since I retired. If you're looking for a place to keep you motivated and healthy, I highly recommend The Art of Fitness! Catch me here next Saturday morning! ðŸ˜ðŸ’ªðŸ¼

Awesome gym! Coached very well! I felt like i had someone always behind me to motivate me to push myself to get the best results! I normally go to Eos fitness and wanted to try something different for a change! Great workouts, always kept my heart rate up, creative workouts which made me challange myself to beat myself the next round! Great experience and i will definitely be going to more bootcamps!
