I recently went to Target to do a pickup order for my family. The family member had ordered it on their app. I arrived at Target early, and eventually Emily came over and asked if I had an order. I said yes and that I would like to pick up the order. After some time, and after others were helped, Emily came back out and said that the order was an inside order and that I needed to convert it to a pickup order. I said to her, “You simply can’t bring it out to me?” She said no.
So when I came inside, she had all the stuff there assembled. So I complained and requested that when a person comes there early and sits there waiting for the order, the person should have the common sense to bring it out to the pickup area regardless of how it is filed in the app. Then the manager (Rashawnda) instead said that I needed to be added as an additional driver and that by not being in the app, I was deceiving the system. I was quite offended by this and requested the store manager. She brought out HR manager Debbie, who began to defend the manager, saying that the phone could be stolen. She continued to defend Rashawnda, and I requested again to speak with the store manager, saying that she was irritating me and wasting my time, letting my groceries sit there. She stated she was not defending the manager, but clearly, their arguments were incorrect. If I had stolen the phone, as they were suggesting, I could have added myself as a driver, and they would never have known. They never attempted to check with my family member who had the app.
They continued to defend themselves, even though I tried to get them to be empathetic after being falsely accused of being a deceiver. They were not empathetic regarding my groceries sitting there or the fact that it was 113 degrees out and I was in a black car. When their store manager Kinsey came out, she only continuously apologized, offered me no remuneration, no water, and did not mention any solutions for future improvement. I also let them know that Target had been unfairly taking money from me by charging me late fees by including charges in the prior period after the payment date and before the closing date (without emailing me they had been included to the previous period). Debbie, the HR manager, said the Circle card doesn’t matter to the store and they have nothing to do with it, despite the store pushing the credit card and it paying for the bill. Due to the disrespect I have received, I will never shop at Target again and will close my Circle card since they don’t care about it.

I spent an hour here and couldn't find a single employee to verify a price. The top of the display says $9.99, but the items are $15.00 in the app. They really are $15.00 and the manager at checkout didn't seem at all bothered or surprised that they have it displayed incorrectly. I do find some great deals here, but this was disappointing.

This location has some of the rudest self checkout employees. Specifically the elderly woman who likes to yell at people like she's their mother.

Such a disappointment. What do they have an issue with? The diversity, the equality or the inclusion? Keep your crappy products. Going to Costco.

Target rolled back their equality policies just like Amazon, meta, McDonald’s.
Going to Costco.

The pretty, dark haired lady who works the jewelry and accessories was so kind and helpful to me in choosing Christmas gifts for my sister in laws and nieces. She was so patient and nice; I forgot her name, and I don't think she's a Target employee, she was wearing another company's name badge; I think she works for a company that services the jewelry department.
Anyhow, I really appreciated this lady's help. The store was very busy for the holidays, and she was smiling and so friendly and made some great suggestions. She even took the time to look in her backstock for jewelry she thought I would like. Thank you so much to this lady, she made my day and my holiday!
I love this Target location!

Old lady yelled at me for bringing 7 items into the self checkout saying it was ‘too close to the 10 or less limit’ of which there is no sign saying self checkout has an item limit
