One year later: they are priced 40 cents higher per gallon than the Fry's gas station directly across the street. It's hilarious to see how empty this failed business is, maybe they should look across the street to see what winning looks like. Be best!

Awkward parking lot layout, over priced gas, and you need a key to use the bathroom (always annoying!). Store was decently clean though.

This poor 'touchless' car wash machine needs some hands-on help. Cleaning the front end while keeping the rear untouched, our car came out looking like we just used a substandard touchless car wash. We noticed during the wash' and rinse cycle of the car in front of us (yes, another disheartened customer) that some nozzles on one side were spraying but at least one on the other side was not. If you have to go home and finish the job, it's not worth going there at all. And forget about vacuuming. Both vacuum machines are non-functional; one even missing the vacuum head. Until they get someone in upper management to get this place in order, I suggest you look elsewhere for a quick and efficient car wash.

Advertised gas prices are significantly wrong. Why be deceptive? If I have to buy a car wash to not pay $.35 more per gallon maybe publish the actual price? Or just go across the street to Fry's, where the prices are accurate and not deceptive. Never again Shell, be better or figure out why the gas station across the street is busy and you are not.

This car wash is in serious need of repair. My car looked dirtier coming out than when it went in. Don't bother until they get it fixed.

It's one of the few places in the area that fill propane tanks and the last 3 times I've gone - the woman that worked there refused to fill it. Mind you, it's all under construction so no one is getting a car wash or gas so the women are just being lazy. It takes 2 minutes to fill the tank of propane, Id do it myself but it's not allowed. The one time I actually needed two filled for work - the lady was extremely rude and only did one and told me to tell my boss to come back the next day and fill it because a) there were 2 people behind me who needed a fill b) she said she doesn't do this when it's dark (IT WAS 5pm and not even sunset). Customer service is terrible. Every. Single. Time.

I like Superpumper. Hey I don't drive 10 miles to save .03 cents per gallon. Maybe I've been at Superpumper on days where it's great place, people are nice, but I'm nice to people also!Most only have one attendant/ cashier and hundreds of cameras. Dealing with 6-8 customers all in a hurry! Hey I'm not affiliated with Co., just think people should see the good in conveniences we have, VS. Always complaining. Enjoy life!

Wendy refused to help. I needed some propane tanks filled and she insisted it was too dark. I assured her it was only 5pm and there was plenty of light to fill my tank, I could assist her if needed as I had done it before. She said she can but she won't. I have never heard of a policy that was above customer service. If it was after 6 and the sun was going down, but it was bright as day. She simply just did not want to deal with it. What a turnaround. I had help from Isaiah tonight, went above and beyond on customer service. Had multiple customers he handled with ease. Made a great shopping experience. I will definitely return thanks to this young man's excellent service.

Prices have always been higher than everyone else and employees a bit on the unfriendly side, but when they refused to fill my propane tanks because it wasn't 10:00 AM yet, that did it. Both employees were doing very little at the time with only two customers at the pumps outside. Told them simply that they've permanently lost a customer and that I'll be going somewhere ekes for propane. They looked at me like they didn't care one bit. Bad decisions Super Pumper. You're OUT.

I always go to this shell location to fill up before work. Not anymore! I swiped my card and only put $10 worth of gas into my car. When I got home, I checked my card only to find the $10 charge, as well an $85 charge! I called the gas station and the lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. She told me there was "nothing she could do" and gave me a phone number to their accountant. She wasn't much help either. I don't understand why this location would decide to charge me twice and overdraft my account. will not be coming back.

Super pumper carwash is way better than Jacksons car wash, which I will never use again,. It is about double the price but it is a touch free car wash and you do not need to worry about poor customer service, like Jackson's. Super pumper will be my new car wash destination for sure
