Gina fit me right in to cut and color my hair. Gina gave me pointers and suggestions to keep my hair healthier and less dry as well as offer conversation worthy of A+ for service. I have a lot of hair so it took time to get the results we were both happy with and time flew by. I recommend Gina for your hair care needs. My hair looks great!

The stylest that showed up to open the store was 20 minutes late. The store wasn't even unlocked until after 9:20 AM. For my 9AM appointment.
When she arrived, she said, I'm sorry I have never been to this store before, I'm going to need some time. She added, I drove the wrong way on the freeway and said she would need about 10 minutes and that there was nothing she could do about that. I said, take your time, I'm fine. She then said she would need at least a half an hour to set up because she has never been to that store.
I asked her if she knew her schedule for the day and she turned in snarled at me and said I have never even been at this store! I do not know. I said I was asking because I can do some shopping and come back later, but I don't want to wait in line, she said I don't know anything and if you don't like that, you can just leave. I said I was trying to be kind and patient and she said you can leave, bye! I said wow, this is unbelievable, I was trying to be kind and she said again, bye! You can leave!
I understand when someone can be having a bad day and I was trying to be kind and thoughtful, understanding she was frazzled. However, I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally.
Totally unacceptable!
I actually was not going to write a negative review, but around 10 AM, she called me, as I was on the schedule for 9 AM appointment.
She asked if I was the one waiting when she arrived and I said yes. I thought she might be calling to apologize, but that was certainly not the case. She wanted to argue with me and proceeded to badger me. I reminded her that I was trying to be being patient and kind with her. She said, yeah, I heard you, and went on to make other excuses and continued to treat me poorly. At least this time, I got her name.
